If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed an online order for delivery. A half hour later, I received a text saying the pizza was on its way. Cool. Waited another half hour and the pizza still hadn’t gotten here. I called and was connected to a call center who asked me to kindly wait ten more minutes. I waited 15. Still no pizza. I called again and was again routed to a call center who said they’d transfer me to the store. They did and I was disconnected. I called again and they were going to transfer me again so I asked for the direct number to the store and was given the phone number I had dialed. So I called again and pressed option 2. I was again disconnected. The same happened the next two times I called. By that time it was close to two hours since I’d placed the order. I got in my car to go to the store. As I’m pulling away I see a car drive up and a guy get my order out and put it on my doorstep. I backed up and told him to take it back because I was not accepting the order as it had been two hours and I had already had to feed my kids something else (not to mention that I was not eating cold pizza). The driver didn’t even offer an apology. The pizza was still charged to my card so I drove to the store where the doors were locked and the drive through line was ridiculously long. I tried knocking on the door but, even though the workers saw me, they ignored me. I’m waiting to see the charges reversed or I’ll be charging them with fraud. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve received. I’ll never be ordering from this place again. And after reading a few other reviews, it seems like this place has been going downhill...
Read moreRoommate ordered pizza and waited over two hours before calling the store to see where his pizza was. They claimed the driver knocked, rang the bell and called (none of which happened). When the driver arrived he gave an incredible amount of attitude, enough to rival my 16 year old niece and put her to shame. Called back to let management know their driver isn't up to par and was recieved with a manager that didn't care. When we opened his pizza, there was pesto sauce in huge globs across the entire thing and it was cut into at least 20 tiny slivers. We ended up driving to their location and told them the issues and was met with "no that's just how pizza looks, Pizza But always has pizza that looks like that" to which I responded "Absolutely not. No company would allow this". He glared; if looks could kill I'd be six feet under their facility. He asked what we want and the roommate told him he wanted a refund. Was met with extreme sass and was given back our money in cash (on an online card transaction. Big no-no). If anyone from that location cares I can give a very detailed description of what the manager looked like. Everyone refused to give their names and weren't wearing nametags.
Seriously Pizza Hut? What the hell is going on with your employees? You've just lost two extremely loyal customers. Very disappointed in the extreme lack of customer service. We'll go to Papa John's that's just...
Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at the 4305 E New york st. Aurora Il pizza hut. I called at 11:00am when the store opened for 12 traditional wings. I was told that they had an order ahead of me at 11:30 and it would be 45 min to an hour which I was okay with. So 12 rolls around and still no food which was alright I thought maybe they meant 45 min to an hour from 11:30. So I waited, and waited then 12:45 rolls around and now by this time I've waited an hour and 45 min for my food so I called to ask where my food was. The lady tells me if this was for the wings it was on the way now. I replied with from the store? She says yes. Which means I'd be waiting at least another half an hour. The lady with great attitude proceeds to tell me that I didn't listen to the instructions given to me at the first phone call that they were you will be after my two orders at 11:30 which are across town from each other. Either way 2 hours after them just opening is REDICULOUS. So then I asked for a manager surprised to find out this lady I had been given a great deal of attitude from was the manager. Which isn't surprising because her customer service was just as bad maybe even worse than the service. So then she proceeds to tell me "well what do you want me to do about it" and I told her to just refund me the money because I didn't want the food anymore. I am still waiting...
