I loved this location and the Tokyo Joe’s app was my go to when ordering online. I ordered through the app a week ago like I normally do, when my order was delivered that day, they had gave me the wrong plate of food that contained nuts when I specifically ordered my food without nuts! My receipt was what I exactly ordered so I called this location to ask for a refund or a new order, I calmly explained my situation to the employee. The girl who was on the phone was very rude and insisted her manager was not there when I did not even ask for one, she also insisted to call back later in the day and I explained that I was not able to since I was just as busy at work (which is a nut free zone). She screamed through the phone multiple times telling me she could not do anything about it and she finally got a manager on the phone. The manager was also very rude and “was in the process of reimbursing my money,” I thanked him and he hung up the phone without confirming he had issued one and did not answer my question about the process time of the refund. Also I made 3 phone calls and waited for help and was not answered till the 4th time with enough time in between. It’s been 7 days since and I have not received a single refund of $24 of a regular bowl that contained only chicken, white rice and nuts; I ordered white chicken, white rice, 3 types of veggies and extra sauce that did not contain nuts. I ended up with a $12 nut bowl instead :(
I will definitely not go back this location! Tokyo Joes please hire...

My visit to Tokyo Joe's turned out to be an unexpected journey of culinary delight. In a landscape often dominated by the usual fast-food options, Tokyo Joe's stands as a beacon of diversity with its enticing menu. The pricing, hovering around the $20 mark per person, strikes a perfect balance between affordability and the high quality of the offerings.
The atmosphere within Tokyo Joe's adds a layer of charm to the dining experience, with a cool and welcoming vibe that immediately sets it apart. But what truly makes Tokyo Joe's a must-visit is the way it offers a break from the ordinary. The variety of dishes not only tantalizes the taste buds but also tells a story of careful selection and a passion for flavor. Coupled with the genuinely warm and attentive service, my experience at Tokyo Joe's was nothing short of delightful.

Read moreI have eaten here once and the food was great, and the staff was friendly. I got a chicken teriyaki bowl - the chicken was really tender and the vegetables were crisp. Today I tried to place an order via phone. Someone picked up and asked if I could hold. I then held for half an hour. No one ever picked up. I called back again; someone picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything. I called back again and they had switched the automated message over to say 'no one can take your order right now'. That is just bad customer service. If this location is that busy, the phones need to be shut off, every day, at lunchtime. Don't give customers the false hope if they might actually be able to place their order by phone. FYI, I did try to place my order on the website, but the "Order Now" icon just stalled the site and never produced any results. I was not in a place where I could download the app to order that way. I love the food here but bad customer service is enough to keep me...
