I was so excited to find a French-Asian bakery in Colorado! I came here in the morning and everything I got tasted fresh. I saw some reviews stating the items were old or old tasting, that was not my experience. Maybe they went in the afternoon or evening and that was the reason for things tasting stale 🤷🏾♀️ I got the Curry Croquette and Garlic sausage block, and asked for them to be heated so I can eat it right away, the curry Croquette was delicioso 😋 and so was the Garlic sausage block (would have liked it a little more warmer, but still yum). I got the milk cream bread and egg tart to go for later. The Milk bread was so soft, delicate, and milky, but not overly sweet. I enjoyed that as well. The egg tart was a small yummy bite, not overly sweet, just the perfect amount of sweetness IMO. Will come back to try more items 😍 Update: I came back and tried a couple more things. I really enjoyed their Mushroom, Onion, Cheese pastry, I had the Kimchi croquette, it was good but I like the curry croquette better. My only suggestion would be to increase fillings in their pastry. The Kimchi one would have been better with more filling. The Mushroom, Onion, Cheese filling was just yummy and I wanted more 🤷🏾♀️😋 I also got their Ube Latte (hot) which I also enjoyed. Read morePoor communication and staff training on a birthday cake order. I placed an order on Thursday on Jan 26 for a birthday 7 inch mocha cloud cake and asked ample questions to ensure that the order was placed. But when I turned up on Saturday Jan 28, the cashier said there was no order placed. The 2 servers were unhelpful and did not make any attempt to rectify or remediate. They just stood there and did not help. We got a cake in the end, albeit without the birthday sign. It will be our last order from this place. I highly recommend not to come here. Poor service consistently and pricey goods. I expect more for this. If the management would like to follow up, please do so by replying to this post. If you see that they don’t, again I prove my point - no service.
Another update: Unbelievable!! I received a call from this establishment later in afternoon asking me why I didn’t pick up my cake. I simply asked for a cup of water, and although they gave me one, I was told I couldn’t get a lid unless I bought a larger drink. The cup was tiny, and the response felt unnecessarily rigid — especially after being a paying customer.
When I later asked a staff member at the bakery if they made custom cakes, her response was dismissive and honestly quite shocking. She said, “This is a high-end bakery. You can go down the street to a grocery store if you want a cake.” That comment felt not only rude but loaded with bias — I couldn’t help but feel judged based on who I am and how I look. It was a moment that made me feel very unwelcome and disrespected.
