Super slow customer service. Drive-thru line was 7 cars deep (when I left, the line was easily over 10 cars long) so I went inside. I was third in line (lot of ppl in line, only 1 register open as usual) but it STILL took over 5 mins before my order was even taken. This was with over half a dozen employees behind the counter, some just standing there doing nothing. Only thing I can assume, based on how long the wait times for everybody were, is that everything is made to order - and it was. Food was hot and fresh when I got it, approx. 12 minutes AFTER I ordered it (not so fast fast food). If 80%+ of the ppl ordering there are getting sliced roast beef of some sort, it seems like you'd maybe have someone pre-slicing the meat or, at the very least, have someone dedicated to only doing that part of the job instead of everyone having to stop everything they're doing and go stand in line to cut the meat of whoever's order they're making instead of getting the rest of the order(s) ready or helping customers. Just seems like it wasn't the best run fast food joint around because of the wait times. But like I said, food was hot and fresh and, unlike most places, it was actually made correctly. Reduce those wait times and you'd be at 4 or 5 stars all day long, I...
Read moreI stopped at the refurbished location at Lamar and 290. I had to repeat the order three times. I ordered 2 Dbl Roast Beef and a small curly fry and a medium crinkle fry. When I go to the window they guy repeated the order and again it was wrong. He called to someone to add the 2nd Dbl Roast Beef. He then offered me two drinks for the inconvenience, I took one. My mistake for not looking in the bag when he handed it to me. Again, 1 sandwich and the med crinkle fry is the same size as the small curly fry. BOTH Were STALE. I spent 19.77 to find out that Leo in Lethal Weapon was right and I am old enough to know better. I complained on the company web site but no one cares enough to respond. They got their money. So I am on a champagne to be sure NO ONE goes to this Arby's unless they just want to get screwed out of their money. This company has gotten as bad as the Whataburger on Slaughter Lane in Austin. I have also called 10 times and the phone must be off the hook. ALWAYS BUSY... probably from all the customers...
Read moreInspire Brands should pull its licensing agreement with this Franchisee. He has no idea what he’s doing. It’s surprising that this completely remodeled location hasn’t already closed down. There’s no way it has any regular repeat customers from the surrounding area. So many bad reviews for a place that was built to be run efficiently without indoor dining, yet its not. That falls directly on the franchise owner of this location.
This Arby’s has been completely remodeled for a post pandemic world, which definitely makes sense. Unfortunately, this recently reincarnated location is not what it used to be prior the pandemic, the new franchisee does not have the meats. The famed sauces that most Arby’s fans enjoy with their food is dolled out like it’s some form of precious metal. Ask for more AND receive a snarky, reluctant response. Make the customer feel awkward for requesting more sauce? REALLY? This location comes off more as a purposeful losing tax write off...
