Look, I don't normally write reviews. But I felt like I HAD to write this one. For Burger King, no less. But I think, this review is a little bit more about the people behind the counter than just the food. It was 8:30PM, and I was feeling a little hungry. Decided to go to BK for the first time in what feels like years. I swear, the King himself was working the grill tonight. The drive-in host was kind, gracious, and friendly. Pretty sure he was the manager, but if he wasn't, he should be. I asked for some BBQ sauce, and I was handed a generous amount--it's the little things like this that really let you know that you're in the KING'S court, dining like a royal. Now let's pause for a second, because we're in a drive-through. We all KNOW that when you drive home those Burgers aren't going to be in peak shape, and that dining in is always the superior experience. But not tonight. No, whoever was working the grill tonight (again, I'm pretty sure it was the King himself), made commercial quality burgers. I mean these were ART. They were picture perfect, STACKED hamburgers. One glance at these things, and you knew that they actually cared. It was as if the doors to the heavens had opened and nestled these picture perfect creations into their packaging. The buns were in perfect condition, and soft as clouds. The burgers had that perfect smokey grill flavor I've come to know and love. The bacon was perfectly crispy, and don't even get me started on the nuggets or the beautifully golden brown fries. Everything about this experience was exactly what you might hope for when stepping out into the King's Royal Court.
I was hungry, and the King fed me.
I was down, and the Host raised my spirits.
Give everybody that works here a raise, because they're heroes. I don't say that lightly, from the drive-in host, to the grille, they all sent me home with a little bit of magic. The type of magic that honestly, has been lost in the sea of fast...
Read moreHave to give a star since you can't give them any or a half. I came to this location to order 3 meals that came to $38.78 but wanted to pay in cash so I couldn't order on the app since it will only allow you to pay with card so I tried to go inside the establishment but it was locked then I saw a guy in the drive thru on his bicycle so I went in line as well. When I got to the window the guy wouldn't take my order and said I am causing a backup to his dinner rush which I stated that there's only 2 cars behind me. Would you open the dine area so I can place this order then? He said look come back later or go somewhere else. I thought that was very disrespectful and honestly I just can't believe how bad your employees have gotten. I ordered from this same establishment and was stuck outside waiting on my order I already paid for but they wouldn't answer the phone nor answer the door to my knocking so I can pick it up since I did say I was going inside to footsie pick up. Why would you give your customers the option to pick up your order if you can't go inside and your employees aren't wanting to even look at you or answer the door to give your order to you? I am very disgraced by this employee and how he spoke to me...
Read moreI was trying to place on order for Favor through the drive through and the guy that took my order had no patience and kept asking me what mix and match meal I wanted. I said I didn’t know because the app didn’t specify but I told him what the customer wanted. When I got to the window and asked about the pricing he had charged me individually. I had asked him if he could fix it to the mix and match meal price he said no because he had asked me which one I wanted and I said I didn’t know. He wouldn’t fix it and because it was a Favor order I couldn’t just pay the individual price. He made me go back through the drive through. He easily could have fixed the price the first time. I asked his name and he asked what for and I told him that I was going to make a complaint. He just laughed and said the night crew. The sad part is I think that he was the manager. I admit I didn’t completely understand what I was ordering because I was going off of what the customer had given me. I work in customer service/sales and the experience was...
