Had the worst experience ever and will never be returning to this location. For two reasons: one because the service was terrible and because my girlfriend was asked by the chile manager that we were not allowed to come back.
Starting off we ordered two 10piece nuggets and the big fish sandwhich. Asked for zesty sauce and asked that the fish be served with tomatoes and picles and oninions and a slice of cheese. I mean its burger king and thier slogan is "have it your way" so shouldnt have been a problem right???
Well we pull to window, we pay and are immediately asked to drive to the other side of building and park while the fish is cooked fresh.
We wait like 5-7 minutes and then are finally given our food and there is no zesty sauce or napkins and the sandwhich has none of the extras requested. We were already tired of waiting so just decided to write it off. But on the way home my girlfriend bites into the sandwhich and it is soaked in hot fryer grease. And tates like the fyer has not been cleaned or changed in a couple weeks.
So we had enough. We go back to get a refund and the rude manager says we have to give all the food back in order to get a refund. We refuse and persist to have the sandwhich only refunded and to have zesty sauce. The manager continues to be rude saying were just trying ro take advantage of the store and that the sandwhich is supposed to taste like that refrencing his five years experience as manager. Finally the manager agrees to partial refund but makes one of his employess do it stating he didnt have any more time for us. We get the rufund but still no zesty sauce and as we welk out we are told to...

Came on a Wednesday afternoon and asked to place two separate orders through the drive through (something that many other competetior chains do happily). We were told we could only place one order at drive through but could come in the lobby to place multiple. Since there were two of us in the car (hence two separate orders). I came into the lobby and up to the counter to place my single order while we also completed our drive through order. I was never acknowledged in the lobby even though an employee made direct eye contact with me 3+ times as I stood at the counter ready to order. I did smile and say hello when I arrived at the counter-to no response. Our drive through order was completed and still I had not been acknowledged or helped (obviously). Frustrated with the lack of customer service I left. Perhaps staffing was short but that is still inexcusable from recognizing customers with a simple greeting. I would have understood if someone had greeted me and informed me they were busy and would get to me as soon as they could (being from a retail and customer service background myself). Read moreSpecific Burger King is kind of nasty like you walk in and it has a strange smell and it's usually dead to the world. Like there's nobody in there all the time I go and since there's nobody in there it's awfully messy for being slow as hell. And the staff they don't have a sensor when it comes to talking like you can hear all their conversations on the dining room and sometimes they're really inappropriate and loud. And personal to be honest. They don't take pride in there and their job, I had ordered a Whopper meal and for it being like $13. They gave me a can Coke that was hot, just one little Coke when you know it was supposed to be a large..... disappointed that's the whole reason why I went in there and then it's like they served me cold fries that were refried again and then the hamburger was so sloppy because I had put so much mayonnaise on it but it was never funny everything was falling out of it. I also asked for no tomatoes and there was tomatoes on it. When I went back to tell them they pretty much acted like they didn't speak English. It was crazy cuz I knew that they did but it was a lady that took my order. And she said that she didn't really understand.
