What an incredible experience! From the moment I walked into the Austin Restore Hyper Wellness, I felt seen, respected, and valued as a human being — not judged, not whispered about, just genuinely cared for.

The atmosphere was professional, calm, and welcoming. The staff was there to serve, support, and deliver excellent service, exactly what you expect when you’re paying for wellness and care.

A huge shout-out to the nurse who got my IV right the first time — thank you for your professionalism and skill — and to the gentleman at the front desk, who greeted me with kindness, guided me through the process, and answered every question with patience and respect.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best IV experiences I’ve ever had. Everything flowed smoothly, and I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and appreciated.

If you’re considering Restore, do yourself a favor — go to the Austin location. It’s night and day compared to Round Rock. The difference in professionalism, respect, and genuine service is a thousand times better.

I'm a disabled veteran who's battled degenerative arthritis in my knee for over 20 years now. Cryotherapy has been a big part of keeping that under control (and is way better than 30-45 minute ice baths), but I stopped by Restore to give their IV drip a try because I suspected (for quite a while) I wasn't drinking enough water. Turns out I was right, and by that evening, I was feeling less sluggish. I eventually wound up getting a micronutrient test to see if there was more I wasn't getting enough of on a regular basis, and I found out I was deficient in some of the B vitamins (specifically B-12 even though I eat plenty of foods with it). I started adding B vitamins to my IV drips, and it's made a big difference--I'm able to challenge myself more with my workouts and recover quicker. As someone who doesn't handle medical stuff very well, IV drips were always something I wanted to try but kept putting off, but the nurses there handled my situation like they'd been through it numerous times before and helped get me to the point where receiving an IV doesn't even...

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Seth, Jess, and Paeton for such a wonderful experience at Restore Hyper Wellness! We were in town for a soccer tournament when my son hurt his back, and a friend recommended we stop by. It was our first time visiting Restore, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My son had never tried cryotherapy before, but the team made him feel completely at ease, explaining the whole process and all the benefits in a way that was easy to understand. We also added a Normatec leg and hip session, which he really enjoyed. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable — truly outstanding customer service.

In addition to the services we tried, they offer a wide range of other wellness treatments like IV therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber sessions, red light therapy, and so much more. There's truly something for everyone!
