A&W Restaurant exceeded my expectations during my recent visit. Although it's primarily known for its classic American fare, I decided to try something from the Long John Silver's menu. Opting for the 2 chicken plate, 6 shrimp, and 2 sides, I was delighted by the flavorful and mouthwatering meal that awaited me.

What impressed me most was the exceptional service I received. The drive-through attendant was incredibly patient when I changed my mind about my initial order. He listened attentively as I described what I wanted and willingly swapped out the fish for chicken, accommodating my preference without any hesitation. It's rare to encounter such understanding and flexibility in fast-food establishments, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

Upon receiving my order, I was thrilled with the presentation and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The inviting ambiance made me feel comfortable, and the courteous staff added to the positive dining experience.

Food was alright- I was more upset that he lobby was open with people eating and ordering. The one worker signaled to us to use the other doors. My friend and I walked in and the manager refused us service at 8:30 on a Saturday evening. Saying he forgot to lock the lobby doors and that the lobby was closed and we had to go into the drive through.

In the middle of a city? That was busy, y’all are going to close lobby early on a Saturday night? No wonder AW has so many closed down restaurants.

The food was delicious but I’ll be going to another fast food restaurant where I won’t be refused service in the lobby and I can get slot more food for less money.

This location still looks old and it never got new since a long time and i want you to make it newer by removing the old drive thru thing that that says drive thru on it thats covering the drive thru window and replace it with the new orange one and new signs next to the drive thru window like the a&w ice cold root beer and the sweets and treats signs and repainting the building a new style and removing the old shady cover with the words all American and food on it and adding a new all American food sign thats orange and on a rectangle under the a&w logo and takeing down the old menu screen and replacing it with a new one and more also dont ignore it...
