Me and my family were visiting Austin this past weekend for a concert at the Moody coliseum. We were headed back to fort Worth texas, when we stopped into this particular Subway for lunch. When we walked in I noticed that either the assistant manager or the manager was fussing at three of the young staff girls behind a payment check. That was a family that was already sitting and eating their meal at the time that this was happening. I feel this is highly unprofessional. The manager should not have been discussing this type of information in the front area where everyone could hear the conversation. After the conversation ended he got back on his cell phone and said wow this is the day we're going to have we're starting off the weekend like this I am not okay with this. Never washed his hands and proceeded to start prepping the bread. We were in line to get our order my friend was first I was second and my brother was last. The young lady Michelle cuz I saw her name tag, took my brother's order and didn't give me my order. My sister spoke up and said no she was next in line not my brother.this made me feel very uncomfortable as long as she did not want to take my order. Something needs to be done about this particular subway. I am a member of the subway app and have never been treated like this and any location in the area that I stay. I really didn't know if the manager would have approached and helped or not. The only one that helped was one young lady took everybody's order and checked us out. At that time I was extremely pissed off. I will never go back to that particular Subway location in austin. It needs to be closed down. There needs to be an overhaul on the management and staff team there. I am a supervisor at the job that I work at and I will never treat my staff like that in front of everybody. Please respond back to this post because I am putting this out so that all of my followers can see have a Subway in Austin Texas...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEmployees here are lousy, with one exception. Brittany (I think that was her name). I walked in at 11:57AM and walked out at 12:30PM......didn't even buy anything. There were two people on shift, only Brittany actually working and diligently attempting to help, while the other looked like he couldn't care less about what was going on in the store. He lazily cut a sandwich for one guest, not taking care to even wipe his knife and getting a clean cut. He obliterated the next sandwich when he popped it in the toaster and then ignored the alarm when it went off. I can understand being a bit frazzled when there is a line of people standing directly in front of you waiting for your services, but at least show a sense of urgency and ACCURACY when performing the service.
The Front seemed overall clean but I wasn't paying attention to that. I was more concerned with this line progression. The male on duty didn't seem to care about placing things back in their proper slot, he tossed several items across the little dais where they keep all the sandwich items. Cross contamination is clearly something he's never heard of. At one point he simply gave up on cutting a sandwich and just ripped it open. And it still took him about ten minutes just to make a six inch tuna sandwich.
Overall, I will not be returning, and I will further recommend no one from my business go here. I cannot stress enough how displeased I am with the service, quality, and general lack of effort on display at this Subway. Do not go here. It will just anger you and waste your time. This...

It was my favorite place when I want a good sandwich š¤¦š¾āāļø idk why today they decide to screw up my order Today of all days... They did not follow clear instructions. I ordered through Uber expecting what I ordered and I don't get that. To top it off they made it however they wanted to. The things I added did not all get added. I ordered rotisserie chicken and I got tuna... How can a person eat tuna with a parmesan vinaigrette dressing... Oh and that's not it. I ordered cookies and they shorted me just one... That's obviously something that I didn't need so that was the least of my worries but the fact that I haven't had much of an appetite in a few days and decided today I was hungry enough to eat something that I knew that I could really go for. But that was just a thought and reality showed otherwise... If I decide to ever go back to Subway it will be in person vs ordering from Uber...
