I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the repeated failure to follow special instructions on my orders. Every time I place an order via DoorDash or Uber Eats, I include a specific request for my sauces to be placed on the side, even listing the sauces in question. Despite my clear and polite requests, complete with "please" and "thank you," my order consistently arrives with the sauces already applied to the food.

This is not only unprofessional but also deeply inconsiderate of your customers' preferences. Are the special instructions simply ignored at your establishment? I urge you to address this issue immediately. Ensure that your staff reads and adheres to customer requests before preparing the orders. Just wanted to put a shout out to a pretty cool server Tanisha. Hopefully I spelled your name right. From the get-go right when I walked in I got greeted at the door. I am very particular about my food I saw her carefully wash her hands. Put on her gloves. Eye contact is important to me because I felt very heard. She has a great memory because I listed off everything that I wanted right away inside of my bowl. Casually talking about putting up Christmas trees with the kids. Usually when I order just for myself and my best friend it is perfectly fine. Delivery for just myself is terrible - the last two times I ordered a drink and never recieved said drink, never complained because shit happens and y'all are overworked and underpaid. Tell me why my bowl came in UPSIDE DOWN in the bag this time??? I got the drinks finally, but what the hell!
