Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Austin

We ordered as a group at work, I paid, my coworker who placed it as a guest. We did the Backyard BBQ and we literally thought there was zero BBQ on it. I called the store and the sup. on said they can only do so much sauce or else it'll burn. I've had plenty of BBQ pizzas from other places, and there has definitely been enough sauce on it. The sup. offered to add points to my account, and I informed her the girl who ordered, placed as a guest. We didn't want points as last time we ordered at work we did the party for one and when the store was out of fries, they took it upon themselves to do mozz sticks. No phone call to see what we want instead, just subbing. So here I am just wanting money back and no points bc I honestly don't trust my order will be correct. She insists it can't be done. I did the online chat that was available until midnight that night. I was told I'd be contacted within 1-3 business days and I haven't heard anything. This is a joke and I'd really appreciate a refund on my order with food and customer service lacking. If needed, I even took a picture of the pizza, under the cheese, where there supposedly was BBq sauce, and it is...

Good pizza but don’t bother dining in-staff never seem to know what to do with you when you decide to dine in. Once you get your food you never see them again for the bill, have to go up to the counter. Tonight we dined in and placed a to go order as well with our waitress at our table once our dine in food arrived. We figured the to go order would be ready by the time we finished eating and it’d be perfect. We received our dine in order/placed the to go order at 6:20, we sat there until 7:20 never seeing our waitress again. Finally we went up to the counter where we found out our order had been done and was sitting in the warmer for probably at least half an hour. The waitress didn’t even apologize when we said we assumed our second order would be brought out to us or we’d at the very least be informed it was ready when we were ready to leave. Also we received a medium pizza when it was supposed to be a large and a 8 piece wing when it was supposed to be 16. Very disappointing...

Customer service I give an A, delivery, an A, interaction with delivery driver, an A+. The food, absolute garbage. When I throw out the majority of what's left, I wouldn't be surprised if the insects and rats turn their noses up from it. And rats don't have a gag reflex. I have never been satisfied with the taste of a Pizza Hut pizza, which is generally why I only ever eat it when it's free(like a work event) and there's nothing else at all. And yes, sometimes I don't eat it even then. It's like a horrible movie.. "It can't possibly be as bad as I remember" and then it turns out, it's worse than I remember. The great customer service was wasted on the horrible.. "Grade D but edible" pizza I ordered. Which is consistent among Pizza Huts all across our nation.
