Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

All those 1 star reviews are correct. It is now 90 minutes since I ordered my pizza and wings... and have no idea when/if they will get here. Funny thing is, they also delivered late last week... but, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Even funnier thing? They got $5 tips each time... on $15 orders... to deliver the food late (I pay at checkout).

So, fun update. I am briefly back in Austin and love Domino's and decided to order some Domino's. This earlier part of the review is from December 2022. I didn't think to check the store before I ordered... and everything looked good up until quality check. Then, something which takes 2 - 3 minutes... 15 minutes later, wasn't listed as complete.

I call. I get told "We only have 1 driver working. He just got back and is picking up your pizza." That was now 30 minutes ago. It is a 2 minute drive, but I didn't realize that and just wanted the convenience of pizza delivered to me because I was busy.

So, nearly 6 months later, this place still is completely useless, at least if you want to have it delivered to you.

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FOR DELIVERY FROM HERE.

This location should 100% lose their franchise license or get forceably taken over and have all of their management and ownership replaced. Angry enough to try to report them to Domino's corporate. The worst location I have ever interacted with, and I have had Domino's all...

Hi, I’m Ethan! I’m 14. My Mom let me write this review. I am very picky about about I eat. After a doctor appt on slaughter lane we got a To go pizza from the dominos there and the recipe had changed from years back. IT IS DELICIOUS! So I begged my mom to order again.

And YUP! It wasn’t a fluke. It still is the new recipe from the wm. Cannon store (not sure how these things work). I was placing an order and see a lot of mean comments and wanted to say something nice. I saved up my allow and buying 60$ in pizza for a pool party for my friends and I right now. That’s how good it is.

I know it’s not healthy exactly but there is veggies in the sauce so I got extra sauce to make up for it.

I think it’s tasty.

Who ever made my pizza at slaughter lane and wm. Cannon I can’t wait! When I’m old enough I want to work there it seems so much fun!

This location truly understands the meaning of extra cheese. I went in yesterday (Tuesday) and used the $9.99 any pizza any toppings coupon to get a half cheese half pepperoni pan pizza with extra cheese. When I walked in to pick up, the staff was super kind, courteous, and had a positive energy. Once I got my pizza, it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly cheesy. I love that the coupon lets you get extra cheese for no extra charge. I hate paying $2-$3 more for extra cheese at other pizza chains, so thank you Domino’s for creating this coupon. Btw, this was my 3rd time going within the past couple of months, and it has been consistently made to perfection with the cheese.
