Long story short: if you have an allergy do not go to the restaurant for food.
In Austin for a weekend and wanted a nice, unique place to have brunch with friends. We are a large group with some dietary restrictions; including gluten and dairy free. We dine together often and to avoid challenges at restaurants we always call ahead to clarify that there will be safe options for everyone in the group. We made a reservation and were told by Electronic Shuffle Board that our group could easily accommodated. Day of, we had some conflicts and had no problem changing the number of people in our reservation. The unique atmosphere was engaging and upbeat. We were lead to our shuffle board and given an explanation of the system. We choose to do the Boozy brunch which included a bottle of champagne each and waves of family style foods. As our waitress brought the first few bottles we started our typical line of questioning about our group’s dietary needs. To start we found it odd that they don’t serve hot coffee and instead offered canned espresso. We asked if menu options could be made without dairy and gluten-free. Our waitress said she would check and never returned. As food was being bought out, cheese on French fries, what they called “vegan” pizza with real cheese and a cauliflower/parm crust. When we tried to reiterate the need for dairy and gluten free options and the possibility of a wave with a substitution we were met with blank stares, avoidant behavior and finally a manager. We expected the manager to offer some options or at least a hospitable apology for all the confusion. Instead we were met with an explanation as to why people with “real” gluten allergies can’t eat at this restaurant because it’s not a gluten free kitchen. “We have a lot going on in the kitchen and we can’t always keep this separate. Even if we left cheese off the fries they are fried in the same oil as everything else so it doesn’t matter”. Aside from this all sounding unprofessional and unsanitary it’s provided not resolution to the problem. She continued by educating us on her allergies and how we could take precautions at restaurants if we have such extreme allergies. After a roundabout of gaslighting our concerns and requests we were finally able to agree that tuna tacos on corn tortillas and plain fries would meet our groups needs. We ended up with multiple orders of tacos that we were not sure we would be charged for and (after many requests and confirmations) we never got fries. Folks with dietary needs and requests are used to challenges at restaurants and for the most part, the best resolution is a substitution, but our party was left unsatisfied hungry, belittled, and...

After a previous visit that didn’t quite meet our expectations, we were genuinely impressed by the care and professionalism shown by the management. Sarah, the manager, personally reached out to us, and her responsiveness and commitment to making things right truly stood out.
We decided to give the establishment another shot—and we are so glad we did! Our most recent experience was nothing short of amazing. We celebrated my son’s birthday there, and it could not have gone more perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the service was attentive, and the food was fantastic. My son had the best birthday, and we felt so well taken care of the entire time.
A huge thank-you to Kylie Hicks for being such an awesome and attentive manager. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. We’ve always loved this place, but this experience reminded us why we keep coming back. It’s clear that the team truly values their guests and works hard to create memorable moments.
We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be recommending this spot to friends and family, too!
Last Review We were very disappointed with our recent Galantine’s Day experience at your establishment. We had a reservation for a party of nine and were seated upstairs near the DJ. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations, especially given the positive experiences we've had during previous visits.
To begin with, the food was served barely warm, and the prosecco was left in the bucket without any ice. We sent the chicken bites back and repeatedly requested ice, but despite multiple reminders, no one brought it to us.
Additionally, the seating arrangement was confusing and uncomfortable. There were only two tables in the area: one occupied by a bachelor party and the other, a six-top table, which was initially empty. We placed some of our belongings on the empty table, but when another party arrived, the waiter asked us to move everything. It was unclear why the table couldn't be shared or why we didn’t have a designated table to accommodate our party of nine. The group that took the six-top table didn’t even wait for us to move our belongings and acted rudely, creating a crowded and unpleasant atmosphere.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and it will likely be some time before I consider making another reservation. We've hosted several events at your venue in the past and always had a great time, but this recent visit was underwhelming and frustrating.
I hope you'll take this feedback into consideration to improve future experiences for...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. We made reservations for my best friends birthday November 9, 2024. When our group arrived, the put us all the way in the back where another party was occupying majority of the space. Now as we were walking to our room, we noticed that it was an empty room that we could have occupied. Why would they put our large party in this tiny space along with another large party??? That was the first mistake! Then we proceeded to get our food orders in and set up the games. We were rudely told that we couldn’t share anything on the menu and each person had to order theirs separately. Now as our food came out, the server just rudely set the food on an empty table. They didn’t bother to ask which item belonged to the person. We had to find our own silverware and didn’t bother to see if we needed water! There was only one young lady(black woman w/glasses) that made sure we were ok. Other than that the customer service was horrible! When we finally got done, we each got our ticket and paid. This is when we learned that they have to share tips. SMH! The next day, I proceeded to check my account I notice that they illegally canceled my charge and made a new one on my account. They did it have any authorization to do so. The professional thing to do was to call me if there was a problem with anyone in our group’s ticket. They did not do that. So I have been emailing and calling. Ryan was the point of contact for the emails. When I first emailed him he replied back with a receipt. It was the receipt from the illegal authorization on my card. From the 10 items listed, only 4 belonged to me. I have my original receipt with my items on it. They have a history of that but he didn’t want to admit that. He has claimed that he was going to do further investigation but has failed to do so. He has at this point ignored my messages with no resolution. This company prides themselves on being great but they are really horrible. From the customer service to the management team, it all needs to...
