McDonald's — Restaurant in Austin

This happened on Sunday morning, June 12th, at about 9:30, but after thinking about it I'm still annoyed about it so I'm leaving this review anyway.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast. Total was $16.19 I paid with a $100 bill and $0.19 Cashier calls manager to break the $100. Manager walks away, cashier hands me $81, no receipt. I tell the cashier I should have more change. He shakes his head no and hands me the receipt. I clarify further, "No, I should have three more dollars." He takes the receipt back, looks at it, then calls the manager back. While appearing obviously annoyed she tells me, "He says he gave it to you." then goes on to say "If you want your three dollars you'll have to pull into spot number 1 because I'll have to count down this drawer and that can take about 30 minutes." So I respond with, "Oh definitely, I would like the proper change." She then repeats herself. So I pull forward, get my food, then pull into spot number 1 to wait.

25 minutes later a different employee brings me $3 along with a lesson on how to prevent this in the future, "She says the drawer didn't come up short but she's going to give you the $3 anyway. Next time just make sure you count your change and have your receipt before you drive away." . . . A: Why didn't the cashier count my change back to me to begin with? B: I did count my change before I drove away, that's why I brought it to the cashier's attention. C: I do keep my receipts when the manager doesn't walk away with it and keep it. D: Do NOT talk down to me and treat me like I'm stupid because an employee in YOUR...

So I ordered and I got my order in which one of my kids meal was wrong and they had shorted me some nuggets. I took the nuggets back the cashier told the manager and the manager Alexis ( I asked his name) gave me the 6pc that was there ready. As I was walking back to my table ( mind you there's a opening to go to the FOH) I noticed he got the nuggets that I gave him and he had put them back like if they never been handled. Honestly I thought he was just gonna give me the missing nuggets but he gave me the nuggets that were there in a 6 PC box. Then I came back to my table to eat my fries when I noticed all they gave me was half the container of fries. So of course I took the fries back and told them they were wrong for giving me fries like that. Manager wasn't surprised of course cause he didn't even wanna deal with me instead he had the cashier talk and him and the girl boxing the fries were pointing fingers on who did it. First of all Alexis your the manager, don't be rude, when you make hand gestures while I'm watching does not make u a good manger cause you should be the one taking care of me rather than telling your cashier to deal with it. What makes matters worse it is not even busy. Only me and my 2 kids and another person were sitting in and drive thru didn't have much cars either (I counted 3) one waiting in front, SOS was bad. And the lady still had to bring food in cause it was wrong. Quick fix instead they insisted once again in pointing fingers. I would have complained but the manager was the complaint....

I never really give a McDonald's a five but this place was on point I was from Kansas City going into Austin Texas and they gave me the best food around I was wondering why I was waiting in line through the drive-thru and why they were taking their time but I love what you did you gave me fresh wonderful crunchy french fries excellent strawberry cheesecake pie oh my goodness I loved I mean I absolutely love the butter peanut butter mcflurry my hamburger was awesome I haven't been anywhere will I can still get a hamburger for a $1.49 and oh my goodness I don't even like chicken nuggets anymore but those were good though thank you I was out of town had very little cash and this was it I believe with my rewards I spent a total of $10 even my Coke was precise I mean it wasn't water down I was like OMG this was on point hot food I loved it being out-of-town eating fast food for the third time that week of other places other states with McDonald's I have to say yummy to my tummy oh everything was so good and I didn't need none of it I'm a diabetic but I cheated I wanted some good food and you gave me all the yumminess I needed thank you team at McDonald's for awesome meal on August 24th around 7:38 at night wow impressed wow impressed crunchy warm fries after 10 minutes awesome my food was warm the whole time I ate it look at the pictures guys and order yumminess thank you Mickey D's lol yeah I still love a Happy Happy meal what you going to do about it get...
