Me, my sisters and aunt were super excited to visit this Xmas bar on my aunt's last night in town and from the moment we entered the bar we were met with attitude and arrogance by the "hostess". She was rude when we were trying to pay for our tickets and when my aunt who loves to make connections and ask question to make every outing an experience asked about seating, Celeste, the hostess, had the audacity to reply "i dont have eyes over there so i can't see if there are seats available." My aunt as nice as she is, will not allow anyone to disrespect her so she told her she was just asking and offered a few pointers on customer service, since she herself ran a business all her life. For the rest of the evening i felt targeted and harrased by Celeste. She was talking to her coworkers about the incident in front of us, she told our group to move along when we were trying to admire the decor and take pictures and at one point walked passed my aunt who accidently spilled 2 drops on the floor and told her to not spill, as if she did it on purpose. Again my aunt had words with her and when Celeste began to argue, my aunt had to ask to speak with manager. I explained our experience to Frank the owner/manager and he said he would speak with Celeste and that he wanted us to continue to have a good experience and did not want to offer us free drinks since he knew it would not fix the problem, i would have gladly accepted! He also told me that this was not the first time this has happened i suppose to make us feel better 🤔...it did not. We got our ridiculouly expensive drinks and went upstairs so as not to run in to the grinch and left but not before getting our bags checked at the exit to complete the horrible experience. Do not...

At nights you will see a line waiting to enter Miracle on 5th Street, with this I decided to bring my wife here during the day. It was a great option to easily enter Santa’s man cave. There was already others here and quickly amazed by the decorating skills from the elves. There was a special holiday drink and food menu. All drinks were served in special holiday drinkware, and bags will be searched for looters of these decorative pieces. If you like them then you can purchase the holiday drinkware from a presentable display at front.
I ordered some cookies and a special holiday drink, and walked to the back of this place where the decorations continued finding a bar table to sit at. I was provided a number for my order and thought was just getting a packaged cookie, but they were making them fresh for me. When the cookies arrived the were warm and very delicious. My special holiday cocktail drink was also perfect and tasted great. The staff is extremely friendly and if the bar at front is too busy then head to the back where will see another one. One extraordinary menu order I noticed was a ski with different shots of alcohol mounted on it. You definitely need to sit at one of the picnic tables to fit that thing and a few people to enjoy it. The experience even extends into the restrooms where it’s decorated too with holiday music playing.
Miracle on 5th Street defiantly was a site to see during the Christmas holiday season, and as noted my bag was checked on the way out...
Read moreFirst let me say this - this place is designed to market off Christmas and price gouge any an all willing to partake in what lies beyond their front doors.
Drinks are Way Over Priced ($20-25 each) and most are already pre made so you ask yourself, are they watered down? Sure they come in a festive Christmas cup, that you will later have all your bags searched before leaving as think every customer is going to steal them. But hey they have a section where you can buy one and double or more the price they are actually worth 🤦🏻♂️
One bartender was great, while the other bartender had ZERO personality and only cared what the name of the tab was 🤦🏻♂️
We also went there on a prime Saturday Night before Christmas and it was pretty much dead, so I’m assuming most people at this point found out what a racket this place is. So don’t buy any head of the line tickets or VIP ticket, just go with the cheapest $20 plus fees to get in that they force you to buy on line and make you wait outside until you do so 🤦🏻♂️
The decorations were better than avg, but when you are talking to the wall when no one is there, does it even matter?
As you may of assumed me and the party of 6 that attended will NOT be...
