We had a coupleās massage at Zaspa with Sharetha and Rebeca, and it was honestly the best massage Iāve ever had (and Iāve had quite a few before!). It was incredibly relaxing, amazing value for money, and we also got to enjoy the hotel amenities, which made the whole experience even better.
I had Sharetha, and she was absolutely wonderful- so calm, kind, and loving in her approach. My boyfriend had Rebeca, and he really loved his massage too. They even included hot stones, which felt so good- seriously one of the highlights!
What I really appreciated is that before the massage, they asked us about everything- what we wanted, the goal of the massage, and which areas to focus on, while still making sure not to neglect the rest of the body. That level of care and detail was really important to me.
After our service, they offered us a free drink, which was such a nice touch. Their bathroom/changing area has everything you could need, and we were able to shower there. After that, we spent about an hour just relaxing and enjoying the calm atmosphere of the spa- it was so peaceful and fun.
The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend- we canāt wait...

They had a great waiting area and we all enjoyed our incredible massages. We also got facials with esthetician Theresa which was a horrible experience for both of us . She talked the whole session, was judgmental, unprofessional and lacked a comfortable setting. Was insisting she was correct trying to re-diagnosis my rosacea and implied my dermatologist and other professionals were wrong, that It was due to diet and gut health, regardless of her being out of line and under qualified to do so. Made my friend uncomfortable implying she had a hormonal imbalance and should get it checked out. Definitely do not recommend Theresa for your facial if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and non-judgmental safe place to relax. The facial products...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFrom start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing at ZaSpa and Hotel Zaza, it always is! I was served immediately when I arrived at the Spa and lucked out being the only guest the entire time as I had booked an earlier session in the day (pro tip). My therapist, Sharetha, was so accommodating and kind and made me feel comfortable the entire way through. She worked some knots out of my shoulders that I never knew were there! The changing room, robes provided, and glass of Prosecco after the massage were lovely touches. After my massage, I had brunch at Group Therapy and sat my the pool with a glass of RosĆ©. I purchased the Split Decision Pass from Resort Passāand definitely recommendābut I recommend Hotel Zaza and ZaSpa for anyone and any reason! Will definitely...
