Wandered out here to see what my lunch options were and met the owner of the truck. What a hoot! High energy, passionate about his food, and made great suggestions. I see the other comment about the guy in the truck, not sure if they are referencing the same one. But the owner keeps it real, speaks with colorful language sure, but I had fun and enjoyed the conversation around the food, his trucks history, and his experience in Austin.
My friend and I tried the chicken flautas, brisket sandwich, and fries (not pictured). They were great!! Loved the chicken flautas and will definitely order them again. My friend really enjoyed the brisket sandwich.

After he told me $14 I said "Wow that's expensive no we're good" and walked towards the convenience store across the street. He proceeded to educate me on the price of sausage and describe my daughter and myself in some very "colorful"words as we walked away and tried to ignore him....

The two of us nearly finished the whole pound of ribs in one sitting - just couldn’t quit eating them.
