Horrible horrible customer service. The first time I ordered and will be the last!! My husband ordered online through their website instead of going through DoorDash thinking we would put the money in localās hands. My husband watched the process through his computer. Until he saw it was delivered. He went to check at front door. Nothing. He tried to call the driverās phone number. It was disconnected. He called the store. They said it wasnāt their fault, it was the driverās fault. Then I called them. I had to idea how their business is run. What I was told is door dash is the one delivering it no matter if we ordered from them directly through their website. Then I ask for the credit back then or can cel that one and send another one. Answer from Tiffany is we canāt do anything about it. Itās driverās fault. I was perplexed coz on my husbandās credit card is charged by wing stop but then refuse to correct their mistakes. I asked to speak to Manager. The guys Ryan ruder than Tiffany came to the phone sand said nothing they can do and hung up on me, a hungry already paid for the order looking for the wings!!! I called back to get door dash number or whatever number I need to call to get money back. Tiffany said google it! My gosh, aināt I glad they are not my employees!!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered online to pick my food up when I got there I was greeted by a very busy woman who worked at the cash register.The woman seemed pretty lost when I came to pick my order up she told me āOh we donāt have your orderā I was kinda lost I showed her my email confirmation and she was still puzzled. When I arrived I had to wait for over 45min until I received my order. The woman had an attitude!! She was very rude and inconsiderate. I noticed she was speaking very condescending and had a attitude with other customers. Also when I asked for ranch with my order the lady hurried up and asked can I see your receipt?? Because we charge .97$ for ranch!! If I spent over $10 on my order, Iām pretty certain I can spend .97$ on ranch but why would I for when I get an whole bottle of ranch for a $1.š²My first experience I came here one guy who gave me my order was very nice he also gave me 2 ranch sauce when I received my wings no charge. My word of advice it takes one negative experience to lose a customer for lifetime!! I will never go back here until the management learn how to properly train their employees on how to communicate with customers especially when youāre working with customers. Make sure to put people who are unfriendly, no peopleās skills, in the back and the better employees...

My brother normally loves Wing Stop, but his nearly $45 order was absolutely dripping with oil, and the wings and fries were so flabby and greasy (not raw) as to be inedible. Nancy's response was, " I don't know what you want me to do, Ma'am, but there's no way I gave you raw wings. I've never had such an incompetent and rude manager reply and lack of accountability. She got heated quickly (unlike the fryer oil) and quickly hung up on me with no intention to even apologize for the substandard order. Oil can cool down at these places, which is understandable, and the decent thing would have been to offer a remake or credit, etc. I would not feed that order swimming in oil to anyone. Hope Nancy has a better day, and regains it develops an ounce of pride for the food and the customers putting money in her pocket. My offer to provide feedback before writing a negative review was obviously misplaced, and we'll see if the owners and corporate office condone this product and bad management...
