Placed an order on superbowl Sunday over the phone the phone order was done quick and when I arrived to pick up my order they handed me my bag only to feel the ranch leaking out the bottom of my bag. I go back and ask the guy at the counter that my ranch spilled and needed another one he gave me a gross look and handed me my new ranch and walked away didn’t even apologize for the ranch spilling on all my food. Mind you I ordered the 30 piece party pack along with another Boneless wing basket meal deal. So I spent nearly 70 bucks on my order. Well then I rush off get home and none of my wings had any of my flavors that I asked for. I have pictures for proof and my fries looked like dried up sticks and burnt too. So I make that phone call only to be told that I would have to call back and talk to the store manager so I wait call back the next day to get told that the store manager wouldn’t be in until the next day so the employee Demistro tells me to send him on his cell number pictures of the wings and food which did all I asked for was for a full refund or replace my 30 piece order. Well here we are 5 days later and all I get offered is a 15 piece meal for 2 which cost about 27 bucks. Lol what a slap to the face and til this day I still havent talked to this so call manager that told Demistro to tell me that’s all they can offer me. I will never use this location again the service here is awful and it seems it’s a pass the buck kind of manager and he doesn’t seem to wanna do his job but pass it on to another...

Wingstop had a $2 Tender Tuesday deal with free delivery, so we decided to take advantage of it. The delivery was surprisingly quick, and we appreciated the text updates throughout the process.
Boneless Meal Deal ($16.99): 20 boneless wings in your choice of 4 flavors, plus a side and 2 dips. We chose the large veggie sticks as our side and honey mustard for both dips—it's our go-to sauce. The veggie sticks were on the longer side, and the carrots were pretty thick. I personally prefer shorter, thinner sticks since they're easier to eat. For the wings, we picked 3 flavors: Mango Habanero, Spicy Korean Q, and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian was underwhelming, Spicy Korean Q was decent, and Mango Habanero ended up being my favorite.
Seasoned Fries ($3.69): We ordered them with a regular amount of hot honey rub seasoning, which added great flavor. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy by the time they arrived. Even after tossing them in the air fryer, they didn’t crisp up much.
Tender Tuesday ($2): We tried the Mexican Street Spice and Hickory Smoked BBQ tenders. The BBQ sauce was bold, spicy, and surprisingly addictive. The Mexican Street Spice was just okay—nothing particularly special—but it did let the flavor of the fried chicken come through more.
Overall, the food left us feeling really bloated and upset our stomachs, which hasn’t happened before when ordering from the N...

Food is terrible. Wings were barely done/soggy. The staff in the back does not wear gloves. I witnessed them picking up the chicken wings from a container with their bare hands and picking through it pulling pieces in and out. The wait time is horrendous. You are literally waiting for your food after ordering at least 45 minutes. The process in how they handle orders needs to be evaluated. Customers that come in the store to dine in they cook those orders last and knock out the online orders first. You would think if a customer were in your face dining in, they would make there order first. Place gives off a nasty unsanitary vibe as I got sick after eating from here. The wing stop on riverside is much better and faster all around. This place needs to be shut down immediately before...
