Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Austintown

Austintown Ohio Pul juice and smoothies. I only gave it one star because there is no zero stars. I was there on Monday of this week and I experienced a lot of grief with these women I don't know if they were being trained by the person that was very disrespectful to me or not however she didn't feel my container up I asked her about that and she snatched a cup out of my hand and said that I will make another one and I told her no you don't have to make another one just add something to that and she went over to the side and said well I'll just add some more to it and started just dumping stuff into the container and blending it and then she put more to where it was falling over and she still put the cup on so that was so disrespectful to me I just don't ever want to go there again and I will not and then she set the cup down on the counter really hard and the girls that she was training was laughing and smiling not really hahaha loud laughs but snickering with smiles and if she's training them people she had blonde hair if she was the trainer I feel bad for the next customer that she treats like that or that they have seen her treat like that but she won't get a chance to do that to me again. This was in austintown Ohio. And prayerfully this will go to her manager and the owner of the place. I didn't want to make a public announcement but I guess that maybe the only way it'll get to the owner! With her treating people like that she will lose you customers cuz she already lost one I know one is not many but...

This was my first experience at Pulp. I’m allergic to bananas and I asked for them to not include them in my smoothie. I then ask for something to substitute the banana and the guy recommends bananas. The lack of paying attention was frustrating and I was definitely worried if he was going to still include bananas.

But I will give the guy credit he made a great smoothie. If the service improved I’d probably become a regular. Seriously I loved the smoothie!

The location was pretty good and the facilities were very clean. I was also shocked to find out they have food here. I really thought this was only a smoothie bar.

First time being genuinely disappointed in this pulp, I ordered the Asian chicken wrap, and there was almost no chicken on it, the wrap was mostly lettuce and air. My boyfriend got a buffalo chicken wrap, and it was a damn behemoth of a wrap, there was so much filling it was busting apart. What's with the inconsistency? Upon further inspection, ive found that my smoothie wasn't blended all the way either, there were whole strawberries just sitting at the bottom.
