This place needs a new staff. I placed an order through drive thru for an everything bacon egge and cheese bagel, 2 large Carmel cappuccinos, 2 chocolate covered donuts, and a 2 for 5 croissant meal and some katchup for the hash browns. She read the order back correctly. We get to the window and was handed our coffees to discover that they are filled more than half the cup of foam. We mention it to Gabrielle and she says that's what a cappuccino is. Then tells us to order a latte next time. Rude... We drive off only to pull a uturn to go back to the store when we find that one of the croissant sandwiches weren't even in the bag. I pull up to the store and walk inside tell them that we are missing a sandwich. Gabrielle checks the bag and says no problem I will make another one. Which was nice of her. At this point, the other member of staff, a short blonde girl, interjects and calls me a liar and that she was the one that made the order. She was very rude. I suggest that new management should be in place and those employees get retrained. I will not be coming back to this location. The croissants weren't even good. Ate half of the first one only to feel sick to my stomach and threw the other away. Makes me feel worried about the cleanliness of the place. The majority of the employees there are very young. DON'T GO HERE! Worst Dunkn Donuts visit of my life. The one in Crafton seems to be the only place that I can trust for good food, coffee,...
Read moreProceeded to charge me money for coffee that was half, two coffee's actually. I understand that a cappuccino is supposed to have foam on the top of it as most people that drink coffee know , but when the coffee is filled half way with foam to the point where you can stick your finger in it and pull it out to find only foam, that means that they are incorrectly leveling the foam. I suggest a training class on being a barista. What I asked the woman at the window about my coffee she then told me I was wrong that I should get a latte next time and even though I showed her that there is clearly a lot of foam in the coffee she proceeded to, hand me the coffee and charge me for it. Telling me again " Next time get a latte". Also I ordered a 2 for 5 croissant meal and only got one sandwich then was told again after we drove back and returned our food that I was wrong again. She even repeated back to me my order in the drive through and confirmed the 2 for 5 croissant meal and still proceeded to tell me that I was wrong when I returned my meal with only one croissant. Forgot to give me condiments that I asked for such as ketchup. From now on I suggest that everyone that loves Dunkin donuts to go to the one in Crafton because clearly this one in Avalon needs to get their staff in...
Read moreI haven't been here in ages, last time was probably mid 2019. Was on the poor side for service then and also now. My mobile order was lost, not made right, and took 30 minutes until someone even noticed there were people waiting for orders. My sandwich sat on the counter (dude threw it on the counter) for a good while and didn't make the rest of my order because they were out of an item. Didn't ask if I wanted a substitute, just walked away. Their main focus is the drive thru no matter what. This is a Management/ Franchisee issue that has persisted for 3 years and they still cannot handle being a busy store.
Unfortunately, this place will not get another dime for me. Take a clue from the Crafton-Ingram location, they shaped up quick. If you all need help, let me know, I'm a wonderful trainer for such things. If you're going to have low staffing you gotta learn to: prioritize, streamline, and have strong team members. The fact it took close to 30 minutes for anyone to even care to speak with me (people who had placed orders at the counter for food before me) is telling of poor training- again management/...
