Wow we just had the worst dining experience ever And what disappointed me the most was the fact that we addressed all the problems to our waitress then the manager and none of them seemed to care, on the contrary, they found our frustration humerus- how rude ! Let’s begin with the fact that we had reservations for 8:30 pm to celebrate my moms 60th birthday we were sitted at 9:15. We immediately started to place our orders which never came, after a long wait and nonstop questions we were told that many dishes aren’t available anymore, we had to choose different dishes which some didn’t arrive again. Service was so horrible at one point my husband kept getting up to bring us our requests- drinks, silverware, cleaning cloth.. I have to say one positive thing- whatever did arrive to our table actually tasted good. Sushi arrived without soy sauce and other sauces, we ate it without because our request wasn’t fulfilled. Main course- almost nothing was available, steaks taste was off, none of the people in our party enjoyed. Begging for food isn’t pleasant. Finally- desserts weren’t available because they just closed the kitchen without giving us a notice. The delays were created by the waiter and kitchen since nothing arrived on time or didn’t arrive at all so how can we be on time for dessert ? We were charged the full bill without no one to apologize, all the wanted was to get rid of our group. This restaurant made our celebration very miserable, never coming back here again due to the fact that no one seems to care, yes mistakes happens but if it’s addressed and being ignored-...

Fabulous experience: Highly recommended.

Pros: Very Unique food and experience Delicious and some things unexpected Professional staff and very pleasant. The theatre of presentation was fun. We had a great time.

Cons: 1.Very difficult to get ahold of anyone from the restaurant. Can only reserve through the website. When we want to make a modification (our flight changed and weren't sure about timing; wanted to tell them about event celebration, wanted to request or ask about outdoor seating) there was no way to contact. When I tried to modify the reservation, the site says that can't modify on- line and to call. When I call the number, it says to go on-line to make reservation! Very frustrating. I emailed and got no response. Ridiculous reservation hold policy: charging up to $45 per person to hold the reservation. Aware that many places are doing that now, even in Chicago, because of no-shows- but they actually charged the card. When we canceled because of our travel changes (family member needing surgery - luckily enough time to cancel on-line since we couldn't talk to anyone!), the charge had not yet been credited 3 weeks later! (Since then, we came in to eat without a reservation and they were able to accomodate us.) Again- no one to talk to! Very expensive. We knew to expect that and so weren't too surprised, but some things (like the size of the steak) was even above what it should have been.

Asiatiko is hands down the best Kosher restaurant in the entire south Florida area. The food here is exceptional, and consistently the same every time we’ve been here. The turkey wrapped dates are quite possibly the best thing I’ve ever eaten, and I’m not a big turkey eater. The sweet flavors of the dates paired with the smoked turkey and ground beef inside are surprisingly delicious. The kombucha mandarin soup is right up my alley. Sweet and savory. The Asiatiko burger is fantastic. The fresh truffle and truffle mayo on a delicious pretzel bun make this one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. I’ve tried other items here - all amazing - but these are the highlights. The only complaint that I have about this place is that you can’t call them and speak to a person. This is extremely frustrating. The girl up front told me that they want to be “exclusive” in that way. Well, it’s very inconvenient! I also wish they did take-out orders but they do not. If you want to take something out, you need to go in there and order in person. This is also very inconvenient, being that it was pouring rain one night and the parking situation is horrible. I really wish they would answer phones here and offer take-out ordering. I’d be ordering from them all...
