I always support every vegan place I can possibly support since 2010. And this place serves lots of vegan options. I was spending decent money here to buy cakes for every child on our kids parties. Today we stopped by for a treat here. I placed an order , and while we were sitting at the table, and my son was chewing something I had for him (he has diet restrictions). We were seating outside on the most remote table literally almost near another restaurant. Apparently staff made a big deal out of it. Big deal of a child quietly chewing his food while we also ordered meal at Pura Vida. My child has some diet restrictions and it was never a problem anywhere in 4.8 years except Pura Vida. He just had a tough sport training and was very hungry. I put away his snack but I wish we do not stop by here but in Java or Sproutz since it spoiled a moment:( I wonder if any parent has a snack or something with them for their child will it be a big deal? Or it was just us? Next time I will do catering for kids party I will bring our money to Java and Juice or Sproutz :) I respect their rules but since we are not happy with them. I left 5* for food since that’s true. But I noticed that really half of the employees are super awesome and half of them are not that really friendly. And this observation actual lasts for the last two And a half years. In fact, after I had to take the snack away from my child who was really hungry, I figured out that my order was actually lost. So we waited for the order for a while until I asked staff when we can get it. So forcing the child to stay hungry, but not bring the food not the...

Throughout the FIVE Short Minutes of the entire meeting THE Shift Supervisor Descriminated against me by Verbally Bullying me because I BOUGHT A DRINK. SHE ALSO dismissed my Resume without properly reading it and carelessly dropping it on the floor so that the next Interviewer, Which was A White WOMAN the ability to walk all over my Well Printed Resume. AS THE NEXT INTERVIEWER WALKED ALL OVER MY RESUME, THE SHIFT SUPERVISOR COMPLIMENTED THE WHITE WOMEN ON HER SHOES THAT LEFT FOOT MARKS ALL OVER.
