This store caters to those who wish to purchase renowned designer brands at a reasonable price. It’s a favorite of ours, both my wife and I, here in Aventura.
The store tends to be crowded, and there’s often a long queue at the checkout. Because of this, waiting in line can be a bit tedious. However, you tolerate it because you have the opportunity to buy a variety of products.
This is a large store with a wide range of departments. They offer shoes and clothes for both men and women, luggage, handbags, bed sheets, towels, kitchenware, home décor, furniture, carpets, body and beauty products, and more.
Products sell out quickly, so if you like an item, you should make a quick decision to buy it, or else you may not find it the next day. There are many different brands, but because of this, the quantity of products is necessarily limited.
There’s also a HomeGoods section inside the store. In this part of the store, you can find a variety of sauces, including pasta sauces, and other exotic food ingredients that are relatively harder to find elsewhere. You can also find kitchen utensils and containers.
This store in Aventura is easily accessible via Biscayne Blvd, although there can be some traffic at certain times. There are plenty of free parking lots right in front of the store, and it’s wheelchair accessible.
In short, this is a large and beautiful shopping store where you can find a wide variety of products and well-known brands at affordable prices. As I mentioned, the only downside is the long queue at the checkout. But it’s worth it for all the things you can get. My wife and I visit this store from time to time to see if there are new...
Read moreI don’t even have the time to write this right now but this was a horrible experience and I’ll never be back! I went to the fitting room with 15 items 10 of which dress clothes five of which activewear I came here for activewear specifically. The lady said I couldn’t bring everything in with me so I literally asked her to hold the five items while I was trying on the others. She said she would I said please and she said yes of course. I come out of the dressing room and it’s a different lady and my clothes are gone. I went back to the men’s women’s section to look for the items none of them were still on the racks. I asked multiple employees if they could help me and no one was able to. I asked Matt multiple people if I could speak to a manager I just wanted someone to call the other people over the little walkie-talkie thing and ask if anyone had it because I already went individually to each employee I could find asking them if they had it. I literally asked three different people for a manager no one actually got me one. And the one lady who said she was going to get me one went over and talk to two other ladies which I figured one had to be the manager. All three of them just stood far away and talked and looked at me for about 10 minutes and no one came over to me. Super unprofessional and I’m leaving without the clothes I was going to buy! Very frustrating experience and very unprofessional I work in the hospitality industry and when someone ask for a manager you don’t ignore them or leave them waiting for no...
Read moreThis Marshalls location completely lacks customer service! Many of the staff are rude, especially if you don’t speak spanish they brush you off. The employees only care about making the store look good so you only spend your money, returning anything will most likely be rejected. While shopping and waiting in the extremely long line, I’ve witnessed a few terrible incidents where the staff ridiculously rejected returns less than $20. On one occasion, Ashley (staff) told a customer to go back to the store they got it from because it didn’t fit the store’s sellable level. Customer was returning a $10 item and explained that the store is in another state, the 2 staff members there just ignored the customer and walked away. I decided not to check out with the items in hand, instead I left because I was sad to see such inconvenience be thrown at a customer. Furthermore I saw Ashley and another staff, Maria gossip about the customer after the customer left. The whole thing was unprofessional and unnecessary. From what I’ve experienced the staff only smile and spark up a grand conversation with any customer spending more than $100. You will leave the store feeling worse simply seeing the terrible service happening around you . All the times I’ve been at this location, I left disappointed and frustrated because of the staff. I would rather drive further to enjoy a different Marshalls. Avoid this Marshalls, save your...
