I warn everybody to stay away from this place, to eat or work. I have witnessed first hand, employees handle foods without gloves, which everyone knows is extremely unsanitary and dangerous. This is a toxic environment that plays misogynistic music on a loop, at a ridiculously high volume. So not only is the ambiance unsavory, but it also makes it impossible to have a conversation while your trying to enjoy a meal. And when customers complain and ask to change the music or simplylower the volume, we're told that the owner likes that music and it can't be changed. Even the poor employees are sick of it, it's very obvious by the way they answer when anyone comments on the music. I thought the customers were always right? I guess not at Mister O1. In addition we have to listen to this long story about the owner, when all I want is to eat and have a good time. As for the food, I would say it's decent enough, bit extremely over priced for what it is. I have had much better pizza at many other places, for half the price. Oh, and don't get me started on the salads. I witnessed someone next to me who ordered a salad, and found a bug inside of it. Then someone sitting at my own table had the same thing happen to them. I can't imagine how disgusting and horrifying they must've felt. And they're solution to this was to offer them another salad or antipasto. Of course my friend lost her appetite after this horrific incident, who can blame him. I'm baffled to see that a place like this has such high ratings on Google. It just goes to show that you can't trust ratings alone. After a couple of horrifying experiences in this place, I have vowed to never go back, and to warn others to stay as far away as possible. If this is the kind of disregard they show for its customers, I can't imagine how they treat their staff members. You have been warned, stay away. If you want good pizza with a better atmosphere, I would suggest Sicilian Oven, which has more...

Read moreI don’t like leaving bad reviews but I just don’t see what the hype is. The service is not good, no acknowledgment when we arrived. After several minutes, we were told we would be sat at the table in a corner. Which is fine, the layout and close proximity to the other tables makes it so you can’t reach your assigned table because it’s so tight. I had to tell other guests excuse me so they can tuck their chairs in and still i had to brush my body against theirs as I passed. I’m a small woman, 120 pounds, if you are any bigger than that I don’t know how you’ll get through without knocking someone’s head. It seemed very hectic, server wasn’t helpful, I asked if the salad dressing had MSG because my mom is allergic and he didn’t know, so I told him to ask the kitchen and the kitchen didn’t know, kind of baffling they don’t know what they are serving. Then I asked if it’s made in-house and it’s not. For the price I thought it would be. We got the Star Michelle pizza and it was so thin and flavorless. We also got the Meat Lovers and thankfully that one had flavor still thin. We never saw our server again and no one asked how we were. It was busy, I get it I’ve been a server before. When we finished eating we cleaned up our table ourselves. We had to flag another server to please bring us the check so we can pay and leave because ours disappeared. We also ordered the Nutella pizza to go and that good but you can literally buy a jar of Nutella and spread on a cracker and it tastes the same. Nothing special. Overall it was odd and wouldn’t recommend. They do validate your parking!
