Unfortunately, this place is not recommended. It’s the second time I’ve gotten GASTROENTERITIS after eating here. The manager should audit the employees—and the manager themselves, if there is one. It took over 25 minutes to receive an order that had already been purchased online. There were many people waiting unnecessarily while only two employees were working. All the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. The merchandise was left outside in plain view when it should be properly stored, especially since it’s labeled as fresh. Even after the long wait, the order was prepared incorrectly—they gave us what the lady wanted instead of what we paid for. The service and attention were disappointing. The staff was not friendly either. The bathrooms were also very dirty. Staff have attitude and shout loudy. This is stressful like. Inside the restaurant there is so much noise (cause of Staff) that we can even not put the order and hear what was asking. Staff was rude and stress us. At least, this is too much expensive. We take 2 burgers bacon cheese, 1 fries regular, 1 drink regular = total 26$. There is no combo menu price !! And no tablet to take food, only a bag, even if you eat inside. Five Guys have to work 'a lot' on Customer Experience, not only on how burger taste. For this price we deserve better. Not only did it take 20 minutes to get my order but I saw the worker produce orderS that were ordered 10 minutes after mine. I was late to my movie and the cheese was not melted and burger over cooked. It was sad that the workers laughed when asked why it took so long. They said “you wait for orders” when i said i saw them make orders that were placed after mine they laughed and said my order wasn’t important and that’s just what happens. The manager seemed to be laughing with them. Hope this can be resolved because it’s a disgrace to Aventura mall...
