Dined in this past Saturday (1/12) afternoon. Left at just after 5pm, by 5:10 I was calling the establishment to let them know I left a wallet. I was told it had already been given to a manager to put in the safe. Went to collect and found $300 cash stolen and despite the fact that no one else was in the dining area when I left or returned, I was told they couldn't be sure it was the employee who found it, nor would they ask him. I was also told they had no security cameras to check. The managers were very uncooperative when asked for the contact information of the corporate office, and was told there isn't one...a fast food chain without a corporate office? Really? One manager seemed unremorseful and the other annoyed that I was even questioning that the employee went into my wallet before handing it over to a manager. So within 20minutes, my evening went from a quick lunch with my boss at a place we frequent quite often, to police involvement and I will never be returning to this chain. It just seems logical to me that if no customers were present, that you ask the employees. I even said it would all be forgotten if they would ask and he come clean. Read moreIf you even think about going to an Arby's I question your mental stability. Like honestly who says "Wow i'm hungry, I want some Arby's." While I was at this particular Arby's I honestly felt ashamed for humanity. The stench of decomposing processed roast beef overtook my senses and caused me to make the worst decision of my entire life. I purchased a sandwich from Arby's. I though that the smell of the restaurant was going to be the worst part of my visit but o then had to endure the consumption of my food. The taste was literally unbearable. It was so dry that I felt that I was chewing up some luke warm paper. I decided to add some Arby's sauce to add some flavor but that obviously made things worse. If you have never had the true sludge that is Arby's sauce consider yourself lucky. The taste is similar to expired ketchup being mixed with cheap bbq sauce. I pray that no one who reads this ever decides to go to Arby's again. Have some dignity and eat...
Read moreI used to come to arbys because of the large size shakes, and the large size drinks, they changed the size of the cups to small and kept the large size price infact I believe the price of their drinks went up by a dollar, the food is as always great but I will never ever again buy another drink or "meal deal" from this place. What arbys did was in my opinion a terrible grief and loss, if there is an example to follow arbys sure as hell isn't setting it, what they did was outlandish and outrageous, we live in America not Europ for christ sake... these places are literally taking away our choices, and I think that it's time we fight back and help them remember why you don't take away the right for American's to choose and choose not to come to arbys until...
