Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Avon

Tried the new spot and have to say the food wasn't the greatest. Nothing seemed overly hot, the cashier was very confused on the cost of each item. The menu is not very clear on what is and isn't included. I was told there was an upcharge for queso on nachos, not sure why queso would come on a nachos dish? IDK. Additionally, kids menu is not a good value. Overpriced for quality of a kids meal. There were no lids or straws. This makes it difficult if you have a small child. One trash can for the entire restaurant was overflowing while 5-6 staff were behind the counter doing nothing. Food reminds me of Moe's Southwest but a bad version. I hope you guys can turn it around in the time to come, otherwise you''ll be out in this very competitive area of restaurants. Side note, be weary of reviewers with only (1) review, these are usually made up fake profiles and not actual reviews, they are simply created to try to increase the restaurant's rating. The more reviews a reviewer has the more the legitimacy of the review...

Great food with lots of options. Some people mention price...things can get a little pricey if you add on the queso, guac, and other extras (that bacon costs extra). We also tried the fries out with some old bay seasoning on them and some queso on the side. We got a quesadilla, a tostada salad, and a regular bowl...and we tried the barbacoa, shredded chicken and grilled chicken. The shredded chicken had a nice flavor to it. The grilled chicken was amazing, and the barbacoa was delicious. If I were to pick one of the three meats I tried...I'd say grilled chicken and then shredded chicken. The quesadilla is a great option if you're looking for something cheesy. The tostada was delicious and I would recommend it if you're a big eater, but I only ate about half and the shell will probably be a soggy leftover. I may try that chiwawa on my next visit. I would also probably skip the fries. The portions are pretty good, so we had some stuff to take home. Also, the workers that I dealt with were all so nice! I can't...

Went in for dinner at the newly opened place. Menu had decent options but we chose to create our own meals. Like the other reviews said - the staff is new and learning but they were all very polite and courteous. They answered all our questions patiently and did not make us rush on the order like some fast food restaurants tend to do. They even gave us samples of the different sauces to try with our meal since we couldn’t make up our minds soon enough 🙃. Portions were big and the food was delicious. No complaints there !!! The owners of the place were in uniform and helping out the staff wherever they could which was heartening to see. The small gripes that everyone seems to have will probably be corrected if they keep on with the same dedication. Nothing in the experience made me feel I wouldn’t...
