Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Avon

On August 22nd four of us went into grab takeout sandwiches for lunch. Only to find that it wasn't your regular little Sub Shop. Number one the most impressive thing was the manager he was talking to us regarding where we came from and so forth and I had a sense that he was not just another employee. I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes and it was quite evident as I watched him interact with the other employees while we were there. I can tell you one thing if I owned a business I would want this young man Michael working for me! He was personable, professional and he really, really showed in his actions in his words how much he cared about his job and his employees. We were so impressed with him that we talked about him on the way home actually! I really hope this young man gets the recognition that he certainly deserves. Michael you were a pleasure yesterday keep up the good work, you are going places in life. Oh, and the subs were delicious hahaha! And watching the other crew members you could tell how much they enjoyed their job as well . It was a really well run operation ! Today i visited Jersey Mike's in Avon ct. The pros was fantastic sandwiches and a great atmosphere plus prices not bad for the quality the sandwich and the kids there are very sweet and you could see they take their job seriously. The Cons. The server that served me was more informative about the perks and rewards of Jersey Mikes sandwhiches with another customer then myself. When i checked out with him at first he was very quiet but polite then a customer came in and he was attentive. I was wondering and waiting if he would mention anything before i left and to my satisfaction he did he asked how was my sandwich 🥪. I told him it was good and thank you.
