Wingstop — Restaurant in Avon

I placed a mobile order and had I known what my experience was going to be, I would have went to the far better wingstops in Amherst and Elyria. As soon as I walked in the manager is on the phone in front of customers yelling at her employees for calling off and getting frustrated with them. After she got off the phone she asked what my name was and she said that there was two minutes left (it ended up being like 10-15). While waiting for my food I hear the manager who is clearly letting her bad day/outside forces control not only the tone of her voice but the quality of the food. I constantly kept hearing her yelling when she messed up an order and she was also literally training employees on how to make the food as things were being done and I kept hearing how they would mess up and mix things up. I understand that this is a new restaurant but these things should be ironed out by now and employees should know what they are doing. After hearing the managers constant complaints, she says my food is ready. She continues to read off everything I ordered talking a mile a minute clearly either being nervous or out of breath. I get it, it’s a nice gesture but it is overkill and awkward when I just want my food I’ve already had to wait extra for. I open the bag and all 3 orders of fries were ice cold. I got lemon pepper and hot honey rub, and the other person with me also got hot honey rub. We opened the box and the wings were literally plain with barely if any seasoning/rub/sauce on it. We go up to the counter to complain and she says “since it’s a dry rub it’s not going to be coated like the sauce” this is not my first time going to wingstop let alone having dry rub and that is clearly a BS answer. There WAS LITERALLY NO SEASONING OR LIQUID OR ANYTHING ON THE WINGS WHATSOEVER. The wings were plain. I also asked for the wings to be extra crispy and they were soggy as can be. I know what dry rub is and I know how wingstop is supposed to taste, there was absolutely 0 flavor whatsoever and I was just eating a soggy plain chicken wing, on top of the ice cold fries i previously mentioned. No flavor in the wings whatsoever. This establishment is either not ready to be opened or the manger is incompetent and doesn’t know how wingstop is supposed to taste. This was a very disappointing experience and I will not be back, the wings are soggy and flavorless. Elyria and Amherst are close enough for me. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. YOU RISK YOUR LIFE EATING THIS EXPIRED RAW GARBAGE THEY SERVED ME RAW FOOD putrid smells coming from the kitchen. they don’t wear gloves when handling ready to eat product. the floors look like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks very sticky. the employees are honestly the worst. the gm is not nice and very unprofessional. grabbing on the other employees and even when they say stop he keeps going. honestly looked drunk to me but that’s neither here or there. the lady who looks mixed can’t tell because of how pale she is was also very rude. had an attitude when i was trying to order than sighed when i didn’t stop at one chicken sandwich. the real short boy also had an attitude and was very mean. the music is loud and has cuss words all over the place. food is terrible always soggy or not enough seasonings. one of the worst fast food places i’ve been to in a while. overall...

I stood at the counter and waited for over 20 minutes before anyone asked if they could help me. I told them I was waiting for a pick order that I was told would be ready 20 minutes ago. I was told they were still working on it. I got my food 40 minutes after the promised pick up time. The food was terrible, the wings were barely cooked and they had very little sauce. I was offered a free drink for my trouble. I watched 6 people walk out of this location because no one would give them any service. This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The kitchen looked filthy, one 1 person was wearing a glove (yes, 1 glove on 1 hand) and no one else was wearing gloves. The floors were disgusting and the place was a mess. I will never go to any Wing Stop ever again. The service is deplorable, the food is awful and the atmosphere is a bunch of pissed off people waiting...
