I've called three times to place an order, the exact same order each time, and the girl answering, presumably a high school kid or something, takes nearly 15 minutes to get a 2 sandwich order. Turkey Tom add sprouts, and a slim turkey add lettuce?! That's it.
Needless to say, today, I called and couldn't take it again. I disconnected the call placed an online order for delivery instead. I them commenced in calling back to make my complaint to the General Manager. SMH She, the incompetent child answering the phone, began to pose as the GM, her words. Then when caught, she mentioned Lexi, the real GM would be back in a bit.
I commenced in going to the location after unnecessary sarcasm from the child who doubles as General Manager... Still no response of who the Franchise Owner is because I'm certain this Lexi, isn't truly Lexi nor the General Manger, as she too ecklessly assisted me still causing me to share my experience anyhow.
I do not recommed Jimmy John's allows this Franchise Owner to use their name. They are, can, and will single...
Read moreI chose Curbside pickup for my order. The instructions said to park near the front, so we waited right in front of the windows of the store. I checked in once I was there. There were only a few other people inside, so I knew it would take a while to receive the order. We arrived at 6:32 and by 7:00, everyone else has received their order and we are still waiting in the car so we decided to go in to see where our order is. A worker NEVER came by any of the doors or checked outside. When we approach the counter, we see our order off to the side and the worker claims she looked everywhere outside for our car and couldn’t find it. I was dumbfounded that she lied straight to our face. We can see the other side of the parking lot from inside the windows while sitting in the car. We never saw a worker go outside or near the doors to check for curbside pickup. I explained we were parked right by the door and she still claimed she “didn’t see us”. After waiting 30 minutes, I don’t know how long our food was sitting out. It was definitely not the...
Read moreSo, I've been here a few times since I've moved here from Dallas. Everyone seems friendly and welcoming. The company has a policy and as a franchise, this store is forced to follow. Therefore, they can't deliver past a certain time limit. Typically they drive 10 minutes in every direction during lunch hours. Second if your food is wrong and you don't return it, they can't exchange it because it's no longer available to be exchanged. You can't give a shirt to someone after you buy it and expect the store to just give you a new one because you don't like the way it fits, why is food any different? Customers need to understand they are in the business of freaky fast and sometimes that fails them. Sometimes drivers have bad days or are new and make mistakes. They are just as human as you are. Cut them some slack. Make you complaints, speak with a manager, but realize they too have bad days, make mistakes, or are just so busy they forget to grab your chips. It happens...
