DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO TROPICAL OR ROBEKS. Would give zero starts if I could. Went in for smoothies on 4/24 at 5pm on the way to work. I have been a customer since they opened and normally loved coming here with my family. However, that day my Smoothies were made wrong but I did not have time to call as I mentioned I was on my way to work. I called the very next morning and spoke with a very RUDE shift lead who claimed that they never had a manager or owner in store and there was nothing she could do for me. I called back once again and left my number, asking her to please give it to the manager to leave me a call. It took 4 days for the manager to reach me (after I contacted them once AGAIN). The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and was speaking over me the whole time. I tried explaining to her that we normally love their products however that one specific day was not worth $20 for TWO SMOOTHIES. She claimed my statements were false (girl, I have receipts and time stamps so try me) and told me to see it from her “business perspective”. All that was asked of her was either a refund or two new smoothies. Seems simple right? Apparently not. Read moreCustomer service is not good at all I showed up for a pick up order only one thing was ready they didn’t know there was more to the order so I started grabbing my grab and gos that also went with my order and she thought I was trying to pull a fast one on her when I was just trying to complete my own order. Then they made me the wrong bowl and told me it was the right one then they realized it was the wrong one. I understand being new you’re going to make mistakes but to assume I was trying to steal is not the way to handle the situation simply double checking my order as I waited for the rest of my order would’ve sufficed. Giving it 2 stars because they are new so it’s understandable just hope they learn fast about customer service before they become one of the only Nekters in the state with 2 star rating (UPDATE) went to buy 4 vanilla spice drinks on the 22nd was drinking one today and it tasted funny and I just realized they expired on the 21st. Read moreI am so sad about this review, but feel like i have to say something. We place an order every week at the Nekter Bar in Avondale. They claim to work with food sensitivities. When we placed our weekly order this morning, I called to confirm they understood that i could not have blueberries in my smoothie. The manager confirmed the order and that it was easy to omit the blueberries. Well it came with blueberries. My coworker took the smoothie back for me and asked to have it remade properly.. the manager was so rude and disrespectful. And wanted to argue with her that she was wrong and the order was her fault! There was no customer service.. no helping the customer.. and it was just omitting blueberries..
