I am very pleased and happy with how this first time experience turned out. The manager Kaylee called me the morning after and ended up giving me $5 off instead of $3. Thank you Kaylee! It means a lot that you took time out of your day to call and fix the situation. My review has definitely changed. 😊
This was my first time ordering and I had a $3 coupon that I mistakenly forgot to use. I asked the cashier at the front if I could get the transaction voided so that I could get my discount. He didn’t know, which is fine, so he went back to ask the manager. She was not available at the moment. I waited over 5 mins and she was STILL not available. I was on a schedule and had to leave. No one knew if they could help me out of the 2 guys there so I just left with my pizzas. Maybe the manager had a stomachs ache, hope she feels better… but the employees should know how to void a transaction and redo the transaction. Good customer service should have done this favor for me. Oh well. The $3 coupon won’t brake me, it was just how clueless the employees were. Nobody cares anymore about customer service. Anyway- the taco grande thin crust was very good, and so was our 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni regular crust. Just need to figure out the crust. Soggy when it came out, threw it on a pan to make it crispier. Very good pizza and good ingredients. The specialty pizzas are a little pricey for having to cook them yourself. One and 2 toppings pizzas are a decent price, and they have...
Read moreThe staff at the pizza place did an amazing job preparing my meal. I could tell they had a tough dinner shift because they seemed exhausted, but they remained dedicated and worked hard. It was a young man and a young girl who were handling the orders.
I ordered a delicious Family Meat Lovers pizza, and while they were in the process of making it, I happened to notice a sign for gluten-free cheese. Playfully, I asked them if the cheese they were using was gluten-free, which surprised them momentarily. I decided to ease their tension by letting them know I was just joking, and they seemed relieved and laughed along.
Despite the challenges they faced during their shift, the staff maintained a positive attitude and delivered an excellent pizza. I wanted to express my appreciation for their hard work and dedication. It's important to acknowledge their efforts and let them know that their work doesn't go unnoticed.
Once I got my pizza home, I cooked it at 425° for 20 minutes, and it turned out perfectly. The crust was evenly cooked, with no bubbles or soft spots. I left the establishment feeling satisfied with my overall experience and look forward to returning...
Read moreI'm assuming that the Lil dark haired girl is the manager since she verbally abused her new worker james. He had a name tag and she didn't so I can't write her name or I would. She was just plan rude. I asked for pan crust and she said I could only get that on a large. So I pointed out to the special behind her and told her that it was a large. And she said, but not on that large.. okay?! Then on the next pizza I asked if I could get it half sausage and half plain. And she said no they could not do that.. really. This is all freshly made, ur not pulling it out premade.. in which I could understand. By the time I finally finished my order to her content. I then had to wait on James who had to wait on her cause at that moment she decided to make a pizza to take home for herself.. since it was closing time and she had to get home to watch American Idol...
