I normally don’t leave reviews but today had me so upset! This is the WORST location I have ever been to. The registers were down, was only taking cash and they didn’t do a good job with communicating that. It was cars in the driveway wrapped around the building. The workers were very rude. Which to me reflects on management. Employees who are that rude, are rude because there is zero repercussions for their actions. It also speaks of the integrity of the company. I heard them being rude to a customer in front of me. The worker slammed the window in her face while she was calmly talking. And the woman only wanted an apology which the rude employee refused to give. But threaten to call the police. Which in my eyes was weaponizing the police and taking them away from more serious matters when the worker was completely in the wrong and lacked accountability. So disheartening to watch. You are willing to hurt this Business for your own ego and still allowed to have a job at this establishment again speaks on the management and how you guys chose to run this place! I will NEVER come back to this location and I will let everyone know that the employees are rude, lack integrity, accountability and overall professionalism. The employee Cassandra is a poor representation of the company. And she shouldn’t be working there with how unprofessional and...
Read moreOh wow, huge shoutout to the former CEO of Wingstop—after years of going to Salad and Go, I can now fully appreciate why I don’t go there anymore. I’m sure they’re doing an amazing job increasing shareholder value—by delivering poor quality, long wait times, and customer service that’s just as stellar as Wingstop.
I ordered a frozen lemonade and was thrilled to receive… a cup of ice with pink liquid. That’s exactly what I was craving! but I respectfully declined... Then, after taking my payment, they wasted no time—immediately shoving my food out the window, mumbling “receipt’s in the bag,” and slamming the window shut. No napkins, of course. Gotta cut costs where it really counts! I briefly considered asking for one napkin but ultimately decided against it—I mean, I wouldn’t want to get in the way of their financial strategy.
The highlight of my visit? The wrap that was bursting at the seams, making it absolutely impossible to eat while driving. And the best part? They thoughtfully slathered the salad dressing on the outside, giving it that authentic more messy than it needs to be experience. Genius!
Increase prices, shrink portions, cut staff, and expand locations— a winning formula for success? Incredible work taking a once-great brand and turning it into… well, Burger King for salads. Keep up...
Read moreI ordered my usual Greek salad w/ chicken and lemonade. I pulled up to the window to pay and she is about to charge me $1.62. I said to Amira I ordered a salad and lemonade. She then tells someone in the back to add a salad to the order. Afterwards charges me the salad and lemonade. Comes back to the window and ask me if I ordered a wrap. What?! I replied, I ordered a Greek salad, (she even asked me what kind of dressing I wanted). Then gets an attitude because she messed up. She gets the salad and tells me to pay again because she did not charge me for the salad the first time. WTH? 🤦🏻♀️ I’m at the point where I’m like are you ok? She then tells me with attitude, you try working at a fast food. I simply told her I have, I told her the first thing you are taught at working fast food is customer service. She had the worst attitude when she was the one not being focused. It was the worst experience I had there, She mumbled remarks to me as I got my salad. I usually go every morning before work. This was the first time I went in the evening! Amira was awful and disrespectful. I won’t ever return to this Salad and Go again! They need to do better! That girl Amira was awful! She needs to learn on how to treat customers before she is working a drive thru window! You lost a...
