BOO HISS!! At 1:00 am, 9/13/23, I drove up after giving the cashier name on Door Dash delivery, the one vehicle in line was being motioned by a hand at the window to stay back. Two waves, then one to come, then food was handed out and the car took off. I pulled up and asked did you ask them to hold back. She said, "Yes, we were waiting on food." I told her my p/u name, and she asked me to pull around that the food was ready for the cars behind me, and the milk order was larger, not ready, and would be by the time I came back around. Not happy, and knowing better, I did, by the time I got there, Four cars were waiting to reach the speaker, and five more to reach the window, so I pulled into a stall to wait. I sent a guy who was with me around to the window to let her know, but she just laughed when he told her I was waiting, he claimed she didn't seem to care. He said she told him, "I'm waiting on her food still!" Not get in line, or I will be out...so when the line went down, I got back in line. At the speaker, I asked why she didn't come out. She said she was the only person working and couldn't leave. I contacted my support team to let them know because my wait time to pick up my food and delivery had been delayed which counts against my stats. I had to call my customer and explain why they had to wait for their food. When finally reached the window, I asked her again, "Why?" She looked at the guy standing next to her, who was there for the first time. "I can't leave the register, I'm the only cashier". That's when I realized. She was worried about the time a vehicle spent in the drive-thru. She was trying to keep her time per vehicle down. Needless to say, that was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant in all my days, and I'm talking both as a driver for four years and a customer, I'm 58 years old and have had my share of fast food as well as worked for them. Recently, I have given praise to other Taco Bells because of their efficiency and timing in comparison to the others. They deserved it. And, here is my shout-out to you young lady. You are lazy! You are rude! You are unprofessional! Your time management skills leave a lot to be desired! Actually, on a scale of 1-10, you rate (-1), if not worst! I have never experienced such a bad technique in handling a workload. A new employee with no experience, who has never been employed would have been a better choice than you. It was not the cooks. It wasn't the customers. It was you! I have never written a negative review before today, NEVER! THAT IS HOW BADLY YOU MADE ME FEEL LAST NIGHT! I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO RETURN TO YOUR LINE, EVER! I WILL NEVER FORGET THE WAY YOU LAUGHED, EVEN AFTER YOU MADE ME GO AROUND, AND TOLD LAUGHED AT ME TO MY FRIEND. NOT EVEN OFFERING WORDS THAT WOULD BE ENCOURAGING THAT YOU CARED ABOUT MY TIME AND EFFORT AS A PERSON. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE PERSON EVEN WITHOUT BEING AN EMPLOYEE OF TACO BELL! Asked a male worker that was working the cash register for the bathroom code which was no problem. He had greeted me when I came in and seemed like an asset to the company. Came back out 2 minutes later and a female manager had moved him to the drive thru window and left the cash register unattended. Customers in front of me were looking at the menu and the woman told them curtly that no one was available to take their order and they need to order on the kiosk. These people were just looking at the menu trying to decide still. I stood there behind them waiting until she again said in a much ruder tone to order on the kiosk no one was available.
Decided to walk out. I'm not an employee and it isn't the customers job to place their own orders unless I missed her saying we are on the payroll lol
Was kind of funny before I left I looked back at the guy who originally greeted me when I came in and you could see he probably deals with a lot of upset customers daily thanks to that "manager." Went to a near by competitor in the fast food market that greeted me and took all of the customers orders.

My order over $25 and I ordered extra black beans for my Black bean crunchwrap Supremes which I did not get, so I inwent up to the counter to ask for them....Enter Anna, This woman proceeded to inform me that they had ran out of Black beans.....OK so give me pinto beans then. She went to the kitchen taking her sweet time and began telling her crew members about what was going on with my order and chit-chat instead of giving me my items, Meanwhile our food is getting cold. She gave me the absolute worst attitude possible instead of fixing the small issue. How could I not be upset at her attitude and lack of caring? Why is she in customer service since she clearly hates life? Worst $25 bucks spent there. Will not return to this location as the whole fast food experience was ruined to the point that I felt like leaving my food on the table and taking off even though the food was paid for, But my friend said to forget about it. I would NOT recommend this fast food location to anyone, Avoid it like the plague.
