was my first time in this place and it wasn't what I expected, I ordered some nachos and they were miserably served, only the tortilla chips and very little meat and nothing more.also, I ordered some toastitos and the vegetables were fermented. The cucumber and tomatoes weren't fresh. The worst of this experience was with a couple of icecream cones that I bought for my children, The ice cream looked bad in the refrigerator. It was very melted, I didn't like the look but my children insisted that they wanted some. I tasted it and it had an unpleasant taste. I think the temperature of the refrigerator affected the flavor. I didn't think it was fair to pay for an ice cream that was in bad condition and I told the girl that took my order, But instead of solving something for me, she didn't go out anymore and sent someone else to deliver the rest of my order. They must be careful with the temperatures of the refrigerators if health department realizes this for sure it closes the plce someone can get sick. For eating food in bad condition I will never return to this place, maybe I'm being rude but this is...

Service was friendly and quite attentive. The location is in a small strip mall but the big clear strawberry logo makes it nearly impossible to miss. The inside is spacious and organized. I ordered Carne asada fries for my son who said the best part were the crinkle fries. He ate the food but is not interested in repeating the experience. I also ordered a dulce churro for a child I babysit, he loved it! It would be easy to discount his opinion since he's a child but he's a fairy picky child, the treat looked absolutely amazing!! Lastly, I bought the strawberries in cream for my mom but I think she forgot them in the fridge and they went bad. I suspect they would've been good. The 3 treats plus tip came up to like $45. Not an establishment I plan on visiting frequently, but if/when I do go again, I'll definitely order the...

Stopped in for lunch today at Fruitlandia, a chain of restaurants and snack shops in the Phoenix, Arizona area that specialize in fresh fruit-based desserts, such as raspados (shaved ice), fresas con crema (strawberries with cream), macedonias (fruit salads), and various fruit and ice cream drinks. The establishments also offer savory Mexican food, including items like Sonoran hot dogs, carne asada fries, and ceviche, serving a combination of sweet and savory. My wife tried the Sonoran dogs combo with fries and a drink for $8.49. I selected the ceviche tostada; both were excellent. The ceviche was the bomb and a deal at $7.50. We have to go back to try some of the raspados and...

Customer service was fine however I ordered tostielote, chamoyada and fresas con crema and was not satisfied. The tostitos barely had any mayo the chamoyada was ice with lots of lime and the tamarin candies were super super hard couldn’t even chew them. The fresas were charged for all the toppings when anywhere else you go they are standard ingredients! We paid $30 for all 3 & they were the small sizes ! Not worth it overall. Honestly not sure how they have such good reviews on the quality and taste of their products

Good service. I was disappointed when I received not very ripe mango w/ my ā€œMango Loco,ā€ I ordered fruit for my husband and another for my kids to share, again not ripe mango, they couldn’t eat it. The prices seem high but I imagine it’s bc of overhead costs. I will probably make my own from home for now on. Thrifty ice cream is a plus, I’d go just for that.
