McDonald's — Restaurant in Azusa

I went through the drive thru and My large order was missing 2 Orders of the breakfast sandwiches. I drove back to the restaurant in the middle of dinner so my 2 kids could get their dinner and LUIS was absolutely rude. First off, he told me I hadnt paid for the sandwiches. I showed him the receipt and he realized that I had, so he said he would make the sandwiches for me. I had brought back half of 1 of the large fries and asked him if he could remake it since my kids wanted fresh fries to eat, not 45minutes old fries, with their dinner, and he said NO BECAUSE THEY DIDNT MESS UP ON THE FRIES. Driving several miles each way for their mistake and he couldnt remake some fresh fries for us? I wasnt asking for my whole order to be remade, which would have been 8 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 hash browns, sodas and some other items... I was just asking for 1 of the fries to be remade. He told Me he was the manager and that no one else could help me. This was the absolute worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant in my 41 years! I highly discourage people to visit this restaurant as long as LUIS is...

I am sorry but it was awful. I like the physical place but whenever I order a Big Mac dry, no dressing to go they get it wrong. I do not like the liquid thousand or whatever they use dripping down the sides of my mouth and on my face.. and between my fingers.. So gross. I tell my husband no dressing.. It comes with the stuff.. Again, down both sides of my mouth and on my fingers… Very gross. I will give it one last chance to get it right.. How can I order a Big Mac without the sauce/Gooey liquid? To night I ordered a shake.. When I got home I opened the lid and the gosh darn liquid shake got all over my fingers.. Disgusting. Besides that they did not give me my Apple pie or my receipt.. The only reason why I am patronizing this place is because my insurance will pay for it. I have no kitchen. Please let me know how to ask for a Big Mac with the lettuce, onions etc but without the mess & pee like tasting sauce. Where is my receipt...

I really only come to this location for breakfast, it's convenient for me. It's on my way to work.

I usually get frappes in the morning here which are pretty good, sometimes they forget the way I ordered it at drive through speaker so have to remind them when I get to the window the way I had placed my order. You'll get a bit of attitude from employees but they end up getting it right.

They're all youngsters too so im sure they don't care about the job or people skills. I also order their sausage egg mcmuffins never have an issue with those they're made fresh. The hash browns are a hit or miss sometimes you'll get them cold sometimes just warm enough those never seemed to be at the right temperature.
