Peterson's Chocolates — Restaurant in Baker City

This gallery was an unexpected gem and the highlight of our Baker City explorations. We are espresso connoisseurs and chocolate snobs. We received an iced latte so rich and wonderful it knocked our socks off. I purchased about a half dozen different chocolates and they were wonderful. We enjoyed sitting at the bar in the back and enjoying our coffee and chocolate. It was also a treat to wander through the gallery and take in the creative, upbeat art. We will definitely detour to make a stop here when we drive past Baker City...

Amazing, amazing chocolate!! I am not typically a chocolate fan, but I’ll tell you what, I’m so glad I tried it! My husband got the almond truffles and I got the lemon and they were both delicious. We ordered a bag of the peanut brittle and it was easily the best peanut brittle I’ve ever had. I also ordered an espresso and it was delicious, as well. Over all, we were super pleased stopping by and so glad you guys are in Baker City!

I made a quick stop here to try the Chocolates and had the owner box an assortment of 8. I walked around as she prepared my box. It was a week later before I opened the box, and as much as I would love to give a 5 star review, I can't. I am sorry! I found the Chocolates very small compared to other high end Chocolates and possibly stopped on a day they had a limited variety. I tasted very little difference between them and the insides looked very similar. Some had dark chocolate and some milk chocolate but they all had an...
