Chopstix Express — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Never ever again!!! I got to this olace at 12:15 for lunch and the lady asked if i wanted to order because the wait would be 10 minutes. I chose to wait the 10 min and went ahead and ordered. Mind you it looked like they had barely opened all if the steam trays were empty! So after waiting for about 45 minutes and paying about $15 for a combo and canned soda, I get back to my office to bland tasteless food that tasted like the chicken had been thawing unrefrigerated over night!!! What a waist!!! Smh! Ps… the tables and chairs...

As far as chinese food goes this may be the worst chinese food ive tried in Bako. If you like your orange chicken to have no tang or spice and to basically taste like lemon/ sesame chicken this place is for you. If you like your noodles in your chow mein way over cooked and falling apart this place is also for you. If the only thing about kung pao chicken that u like is the fact it has chicken this place is for you. Gave it two stars because the lady there...

Have tried their fried chicken and it was pretty good. My fiance loves it here but it isn't my favorite. They don't have ranch which is what I usually have with fried chicken so that is a problem with this place for me. The prices are reasonable but there are random things that the owner charges extra for. Owners are the ones working and they seem to work really hard though so I feel like my money is going to something good instead of your fast food...
