Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Balch Springs

Well…the guy that was taking orders this past week is not very friendly. I don’t think he likes working there. It took FOREVER to get my food which was only a regular combo. Told the guy it was for there and FINALLY when they called my number (20 min later…and there was only one person in front of me) he handed me my order in a Togo bag. They had made my order Togo…let it sit there and get cold, and forgot my drink. When I told the guy “sir I had a drink with this” he answered “yeah man…I know…hold on a sec” like I was bothering him. Don’t go to this location for the friendly service. No one person was happy to be working that day. My sandwich was dry and stale bread. Not what I’m used to from Charlie’s. I’ll just take the time to go to the other location off 30/80 next time.Paid almost )20 for a combo that came with some rude service. so this place is garbage from the service to the wings I went there today to finally give it a try and my feelings about eating here where right on point the wings are not good the sauce is just poured out of the bottle Frank's red hot they don't ever bother mixing them they just put the wings into the box and pour the sauce over the wings such garbage the fries are terrible and cold the drinks taste like the sauce has been used over and over for weeks you literally gotta buy ranch cause they don't even give you 1 they instead sell it to you what a joke 🤣 the meal was literally $19 for a 6 PC I ate 1 wing dipped a couple of fries in ketchup drank a few sips of my watermelon lemonade and was disappointed and truthfully disgusted I will never go there again nor even point that way if someone is dying of hunger ya stick to Wingstop cause this place will do nothing but disappoint you and you will feel so dumb spending money there...

They got one star because I couldn't give it a zero..I ordered 6 boneless wings and waited for 20 minutes and they was still not ready so I went to the counter and asked how much longer since they served the people after I ordered..I am working on the road and my time is limited..They basically was like wings take longer, but I never waited this long before ..so I asked for a refund and the manager said all sales are final and pointed to a sighn that said that.. So then I just said keep your money..I feel the customer service was not very good and they don't care ..I have eaten at Charley's many times by my house in Fort Worth..But you can guarantee I will Never ever eat at these establishments again.. Never again I'll get my wings at Walmarts Deli from now on.. Oh and the hot sauce bottles were disgusting. Don't they ever wipe them the caps were brown from the old...
