I ordered online for pick up before heading to work thinking I would have my order ready like most all restaurants not just Panda Express are doing during this covid thing. I get to restaurant and doors are locked. A guy named Justin comes out and asked for my name. He goes inside and comes back out and tells me to go through drive thru. I tried to avoid the drive thru because the last time I went I waited over a hour at the drive thru. I waited nearly the same this time. Late for work. No utensils, no sauce thatbI asked for and the kids meal was missing a cookie. I email their compaints department and they send me a free entree. Ok. Ill go again I like Panda express been going for years. I get to restaurant right when the restarant opens at 1030 am. Im the second car there. I order my food and was told to wait 7 minutes for my vegetables because they werent ready yet. I get to windownto pay and use coupon and Justin discounts $1.56 cents instead of comping the entree like the coupon said. Bad service. Recipes seem to be followed but bad service and experience. This is the only Panda express Ive experienced this. Ill stop going to that location...
Read moreI ordered food from the drive through at around 8:45 pm when ordering I heard lots of laughter from staff and was not sure if they were listening. I asked for an orange chicken and chow mein bowl and a honey walnut shrimp with fried rice bowl. I received my order and left. I began to eat and noticed that they switched my food, instead they put orange chicken with rice and honey walnut shrimp with chow mein. So I pull up to the drive through and explain to the girl at the window, she then grabs a manager and manager is asking so many questions and looks confused so I give her my receipt which shows clearly what I wanted, she then asked for the bowls that I ate out of back and gives us new bowls. What upsets me is she kept my receipt and I am now unable to provide feedback from my receipt and see who exactly was working at the time. I opened the bowl and noticed that my food was cold! I was hungry and did not want to deal with the difficult workers again, I then finish my food and looked forward to eating the cookie come to find out there weren’t even fortune...
Read moreI've experienced bad customer service before, but never bothered me enough to leave a review until a came here. Placed an online order to pick up at 6:26pm. I arrived at 6:23pm. Waited at the register as 3 workers pass me by and no one to acknowledge me standing there. Once I was attended, my food wasnt ready. It happens, I get it. I dont mind waiting 5 min, maybe even 10. I didn't get my food until 6:51pm. 25 min after scheduled pickup. Leads me to believe it was never put together. Throughout my wait, the girl that attended me had a very rude demeanor. Before leaving, I had to ask for my receipt in order to leave a review. She went looking for the receipt in an exaggerated fashion and gave it to me. No nametags, so I asked for her name, and she walked away laughing as she said the name of my wife who's name was on the order. That's what upset me the most.
