Went through the drive thru at 4am this morning. There was car after car leaving with no food. When I pulled up they didn’t answer and when I said “hello” a lady said “we’re closed.” I asked “huh?” Then a guy came over the speaker and said “ She said we’re closed.” I told him that they have a sign that says OPEN and that corporate had told me that they weren’t supposed to close. He very rudely told me “hey…we’re on break…don’t you get a break at your job too?” I said “oh…ok…I’ll make sure to let them know (corporate). He said “go ahead…tell whoever you want I don’t care.” When I asked his name he said “Jose” but I don’t know if that was his real name. Whatever guy and lady that were working on Sept 9th 2023 @ 4am
Every single time I come here they’re not open early morning. It could be 3am-5am and more than likely they’re not open. Luckily I got this encounter on camera this time.

They had me wait literally 6 minutes before taking my order, when i come around the corner there is someone hanging out the window telling me to STOP, to not come to the window. I know they are playing the drive thru time system. & this has happened the last 3xs I’ve come. You can always just HURRY TF UP! Instead of making people wait. & it’s only in the morning this happens. I didn’t get my food until 1152. With only 1 car ahead of me! They had me waiting at the speaker so long, 4 cars pulled in behind me. And i kid you not, they tried the same thing with them at the speaker, but they were smart & got out of line! Food is ALWAYS fresh, but Jesus be a fence. & the morning crew doesn’t speak a lick of English 🙃🙃 i uploaded the card leaving that were behind me & where i was told to stop.
