Preordered my s10+ with Salma. I was super happy I also got the galaxy watch that I knew nothing about so I thought I was learning a lot from Salma about it. Turns out she knew nothing about it. Was told by both Salma and Angie (manager) I could pick up my phone one day but also turns out they told me the wrong day. So I went to pick up my phone that at first they could not find but Angie happened to find a phone without a name and said it was mine. I left because the wait time was ridiculous. Went back and was helped by Lucy who not only knows nothing about her job but also has attitude and horrible customer service. Was told by Lucy that I can't pick my phone up until Salma came in. Turns out she lied because she was actually able to and did release my phone moments later... turns out the phone they gave me, that probably didn't have a name on it for a reason, did not work so I went back and forth to this location 3 times in a 2 week period with no service getting the run around. No one knew what was wrong with my phone and no one offered any way to fix it. I went to another location that actually fixed it for a moment. Still ultimately it was not fixed so I caved and came back to this location. First I was told I could not return or exchange my phone because I preordered a month ago but knew I had one more day left because I'm not stupid. So the other manager saw and realised she was not right. Got a new phone finally and everything is magically fixed...I do not recommend going to this location. No one seems to know what they are doing there, kind of winging everything and hoping everyone is stupid enough not to notice. They have no clue what they are...
Read moreNot sure what all the complaints are about. BFD you have to wait a minute Princess, you ain't anymore special than the guy in front of you or behind you. Suck it up, keep your place in line like we did and just chill. If you are in that big of a hurry, do it all online. We could have, but I am an ON HANDS KIND OF GUY. I want to feel it, see it and work it with my hands/fingers.
We went on the weekend, kind of busy, but Jose (I think that;'s his name) was on the ball. He not only got us into 2 new updated phones (Samsung Galaxy S10+), a B/T Boom Box so I can watch the wife wiggle and bop while she cleans or whatever, but two cases and even a 10.5 Samsung Tablet S4 with Pen and service for a good price all together.
If they had the tablet there without us waiting a few days, 5 stars! BUT, we had to wait, so there is an adjustment... LOL. OK screw it, 1 star for Jose's effort to make us happy. LOL
Seriously, he did everything he could, helped us, helped his co workers while our old phones were loading into the new ones, made sure we were aware of the process at pretty much every step and all of it with a smile. We had a good time over something like 3 hours, waiting and all.
The people at the store treated us and everyone that came in (busy day) as cautious as possible given the volume of traffic. I ain't any better than anyone else. I waited when it was time to wait, I went on when it was was my turn and I left when done. I recently went in the store to get a screen protector for my S9 plus.. guess what they were out. I don't know why this store is even open, the service is mediocre and if you cant keep products in stock, what do we need you in our neighborhood for?
