Pato Tacos de Trompo — Restaurant in Balch Springs

The food tastes great! The reason for my 1 stars is because of the service. I ordered 5 tacos, 5 campechanas(quesadilla like) and 2 piratas(also like a quesadilla) and the price was $29 and some change. I gave him $40 and he gave me what i thought was $11 in all ones. I have been driving for about 45 min when i stop at another gas station and use the change that the guy gave me and I count $8! I didn't drop the $ anywhere else because i put the $ in my wallet before I left the tavo place. I understand if he didn't have change, but just like he made me go get cash (they didn't accept cc's) he should've gone to the front and gotten...

I know ya DFW'ers like them Fitos tacos but on the low low, this is way better! Fitos is more the McDonald's of trompo tacos but Patos is legit. The meat is tastier and better cooked. Not dry and the flavor is there. They are less expensive also when it comes to gringas (mozarella and trompo meat in a flour taco) and they are way bigger than what you get anywhere else. Definitely try it out. The only downfall is their tortillas are a bit greasy so it can be a bit much but who's checking on the grease fat content when you are eating some bad a**tacos lol.
