I have had a long week and, like many other individuals, I just wanted a quick solution for a meal for my family after this week. Stopped at this location despite having suffered this same “mistake” before, and decided to try it since it was what my three children wanted. Got the food, drove home (10 minute drive in this Texas heat), and found that I was missing an item. And not the cheap one. My meat burrito - a $3.19 item - was missing. Called the store and was answered by a young man stating his name was Eric and he was the manager on duty. I asked for a refund and was told to bring all the food back and he’d give me the money. I said I don’t want to bring the food I received back, I just wanted to be refunded the amount that I paid for and was not in the bag. He just repeated to bring the food back and he would give me my money followed with “know what I’m saying”. Obviously, he did NOT know what I was saying. So, I asked for corporates number. He said they don’t have that information in store. Working fast food before and working in retail now, I know that’s unlikely. So, I asked for another manger and was told that a general manager would be there the next morning, a woman named Cindy. Long story short, I felt completely disrespected and disgusted by the service I received, as well as the banner in which it was delivered. I have worked fast food and when I did we always checked the order before passing it to the customer. Obviously, this location - possibly the franchise - does NOT know this little trick that can keep customers happy and deliver the food that was ordered in the first place....
Read moreFirst let me say that I So Love Taco Casa and every time I get a craving for tacos Taco Casa is the only place I go to and I pass by a lot of taco places and I have to drive out of my way to go here but I know it's going to be a great day when I get 3 of their beef crunchy tacos and a large sweet tea (which they have the best tea ever). That being said, I had a busy day planned and I was thinking about tacos for lunch and my sister (who her and my brother in law works at Walmart right down the street from this location) asked me to pick them up sometime from here. So when I placed my order for my taco's and tea I told the young lady (I'm sorry that I didn't get her's and the young lady that prepared my orders names because I wanted to give them props) that I needed to place an order to eat there and another order to go and unlike other restaurants she suggested that I get my eat in order first and then when I'm almost through to let them know so they could make sure that I had hot food to go. I was not only shocked but I was very impressed. So I told them that I was on my last taco and sure enough as soon as I was through they had the rest of my order ready for me. My tacos were delicious as always and my sister loved her 2 chilli burgers and brother in law loved his super burrito. Both inside and outside was very clean and the staff here was very friendly and accommodating without me having to ask. I will definitely be back for my usual every time I'm...
Read moreCame in to order for my family and ordered in my order nachos with cheese on the side. Was charged for a “side” of cheese and peppers. When I came to address it the worker (Mexican lady with glasses) basically said I asked for a side of cheese. I said nacho with the cheese on the side. But she insisted I told her something else and ARGUED WITH ME! she calls another lady (manager) and she ARGUED WITH me too talking back when I said this is ridiculous. She says “what’s ridiculous?” I said I just spent $40 on food and you all can’t get my order right, I just need some chips please. She still charged me instead of apologizing for the mix up and asked me “what is ridiculous? You ordered it that way” I said no I didn’t. And the way she talked to me was just out of line. I said I’m the customer and you keep running your mouth. She talked back to everything I said. She said “oh so I can’t talk back cause I’m the employee ?” No you don’t when you don’t know what was said. To insult someone’s intelligence is mind blowing to me. Fire these people…..incompetent and no sense of customer service what so ever. I am in management and deal with customers daily and this by far is the worst! We go to a business to spend our hard earned money to enjoy our meal and should get the best customer service. To give anyone an attitude because you had a miserable day is a personal problem. Wake up because employees that don’t value their job or people are easily...
