I’m writing my recent experiences at your restaurant, particularly regarding the service quality and accuracy of my orders. I’ve been a frequent visitor to your establishment, visiting the Balch Springs,TX location four days a week. However, I have noticed some issues that I believe need to be addressed. Firstly, I want to express my disappointment with the current service compared to pre-COVID times. It seems that the level of service has declined, & there have been instances where my orders weren’t accurately fulfilled. I understand that the pandemic has brought about various challenges, but I believe it’s important to strive for the same level of service that was provided before. One specific incident I requested a pure honey packet for my takeout bag. Unfortunately, I received honey mustard instead, which wasn’t what I had requested. This mix-up left me dissatisfied as it didn’t align with my expectations. Additionally, on another occasion, I utilized the kiosk to add ketchup to my takeout bag. However, the ketchup was consistently forgotten and not included in my order. This recurring oversight was frustrating, as I had specifically requested it and it negatively impacted my overall experience. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate the challenges that come with serving a large number of customers. However, I believe it is crucial to address these issues promptly and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately. It is vital to provide training and support to your employees, reminding them of the importance of paying attention to customers' requests and making sure they are properly fulfilled. My wife placed an order through Uber Eats sometime between 2:15 to 2:30 CST to be delivered to our home. While I know that it is late for an order, I work very late evenings and this is about the only time that I get to eat a decent meal. Anyhow, we got confirmation that the order was accepted and was in process of being made and picked up with an estimated delivery time of around 3:30am CST. Needless to say, I get a text message from my wife who is on the other end of the house saying that the location in question (listed above) has refused the order and that three separate delivery drivers were turned away at the pickup window. Knowing that, I call up to the location and ask for a manger. The person who answered the phone, never gave a name, was flat out rude and hostile, lied to me directly, and then hung up in my ear after I repeatedly asked for the district and/or regional manager's name and phone number. This person was male and judging by the accent he had, Hispanic. Anyway, I would like for YOU to handle this, as this is a direct reflection of the company that you lead.
The order consisted of the following
1x Double 1/4 lb with cheese meal, no onions (large fries and large sprite)
2x Double 1/4 with cheese meals (large fried and large sprite)
3x 20 pc chicken mcnuggets
with bbq sauce, hot mustard, and ketchup (enough for the nuggets)
Needless to say, this is not the first time this has happened.

Read moreGood morning crew is amazing I drive several several miles out of my way passing many McDonald's on the way just to get to your McDonald's for my coffee. I have a special order of a large coffee with 14 creams and 10 sugars and I have never been let down or disappointed they have always been on top when it comes to making sure I have what i need. I used to ask every time for extra cream at the window it is now become that as I pull up I'm handed my coffee and handed a bag of extra creamer which shows me that they are paying close attention to their customers and that is greatly appreciated. Morning noon or night I've never had a problem with my orders. However again I have to say morning crew is the best they always take the time to say hello how are you doing and talk to you if you need to talk for a minute now now I'm not talking about holding up lines and carrying on full blown on conversations but they do make sure that's our customers happy. I have done this for the past 3 years and I will continue to do it as long as the morning crew continues to treat me as they have for the past 3. Thank you so much morning crew for being the wonderful people that you are and for taking time out of your day when I know you're busy just to make sure that your customers are having a good day too.
