Horrible customer service in fact the worse service I have had by far in my 58 years if life. I enter the restaurant behind a couple with a small child. 2 teenagers were behind the counter and there was one customer sitting at a table. The went to help the couple the girl asked me what I wanted. I said you don't want to help first family would of been smarter and usually how they do it. Just as I start to order a woman comes in to pick up a call in order. And was annoyed it hadn't been started I told the girl to go ahead and make hers she said no its OK. I was ordering 2 meatball footlongs. The call in woman kept interrupting her she goes to toast the sandwich I said cam you toast them together she said no she does one at a time. Which was annoying they always toast them together but ok instead of starting 2nd sandwich she now decides to make the call in order which meant the first sandwich was getting cold. She start the call in order and realizing they are missing something and the lady has to make a call.then they needed to slice up something she starts to go yo the back and returned putting the call in order aside half way done and starts my second sandwich as she put in to toast she starts to unwrap my 1st one and opens the microwave. I said don't microwave my sandwich. It makes the bread rubbery. She wraps them up and bagged them. She rang me up the debut reader went out. It comes back on and the register froze.. she gets it working and then decides she had to pull the 40 bucks from people before me and drop it first. It took 45 minutes to get my order and leave. They called the manager when the debit reader went down. The boy told her to and said she was suppose to be there. She should of never left 2 untrained teenagers to run the store. As a parent I find it very dangerous to leave those kids alone. I have stopped in this store a couple times since I work close by. Usually they are out of items I want or only have flat bread or wheat. Finally have the Bread and meatballs I wanted and the service so horrible and aggravating it ruined the take out experience. It was my day and was getting take out so I could relax and enjoy not having to cook. But being so annoyed and aggravated only to end up with cold food just ruined the meal. That manager should be retrained and not allowed to manage teenagers whose safety was not considered. If the wrong person got service like that things could be bad. Read moreI’m super upset with this manager at subway today. SUPER RUDE, very petty and has no compassionate with his customers whatsoever. He created a huge scandal today and i do have video footage to release to the media because he needs to be fired ! I had placed an online order for 1:30pm, did not get it on time and also got it WRONG. I order a meatball subway and i got it with no meatball. I went back to get it corrected and the manager told me it wasn’t his fault and rudely had me waiting. Mind you the time is already close to 3pm. I asked him to make my sandwich so i can leave and he started cursing at me in Spanish which mind you I’m Latin so i understood everything and he had the audacity to tell me that oh well i need to wait and he was trying to give me my order wrong again ! He said he will not toast it or put anything in it like i order. He was being disrespectful and of course who wouldn’t start fussing at a person like that. He tried to say he wasn’t cursing but other customers could disagree, like i said i have footage that can back me up. He needs to be fired or at least put in the back where he can’t be rude to people. I don’t know who he thinks he is but he has messed with the wrong person. I do expect a call and i also deserve an apology from that horrible employee. Never have i ever had something like that happen to me ! Read moreI hardly leave bad reviews because i work in the food industry but its pretty sad to see this chain of restaurants going down every time i visit one i like the sandwiches and drink i always tip even its a bad experience. This was a pretty wierd experience the guy at the beginning didnt say hi how are you i can understand that because alot of people bever respond, but instead told me that the toaster or what ever is called didnt work i was ok with that i could find something else to buy, but he kept looking at me the whole time awkwardly as he was bother with me being there and anyone can tell when your not really being welcome, i guess they wanted me to leave when said the toast thing was broken. Not sure what was his problem but his way of talk was very upfront as he hate his job. Sad to say thats why chains of restaurants and fast food go down because of their workers...
