I did not have a pleasant time at Babes Burger's. It was my nephews birthday and he wanted burgers. We originally wanted Chris Madrids but they're closed on Sundays. Babes was near and from the stars I thought this would be a good place to go to. After actually reading the reviews I dont think I would have suggested Babes. Not only was service Horrible but the food was VERY VERY bland.
First off the prices is not worth what you get on the burger. Secondly we did not get our initial order. Babes customer service lacks structure. Either they didn't make our order or someone took it when they called out for it to be ready because we never got it. When we finally asked about the wait because others after us had gotten their food the manager, Brian didn't even apologize he just said, " Oh we already called that one out." They really lack structure. They need to either have a food busser handing out the food like chachos does or check the receipts of the people picking up the order....
Third complaint: When we got our burgers we wanted to cut them for the kids and went to go get a knife but they were out. When asking the young lady for a knife she replied oh I'll have to washed them and started bussing tables..... I guess that was her way of saying im not washing dishes because we never got a knife and they never brought clean ones out.
Fourth complaint: ONCE They FINALLY made us our order and bought the burgers out they forgot our fries that we had ordered. Another thing too is their receipts aren't itemized either. When going to the manger Brian to let him know we didn't get our full order he unprofessionally just gave us a small order and not the large family order we had originally ordered. Which was really really insulting. He LITERALLY just slabbed some fries on a small plate handled it to us, turned around and stared cooking. What a laugh in our face. 𤬠When going back the FOURTH time, we told Brian the manager that it was the wrong size. He looked at our ticket and said that it wasn't on the order but I know we ordered a large frie it's a family of 4 adults and 2 kids why aren't we going to want fries with our burgers? We asked to see what the full order was but they don't have itemized receipts and we could not distinguish if we were charged a larger fries or not.... We never got our fries. At this time I think it should have been Brian's managment skills to come in and apologize for the inconvenience of their service and just accommodate us with fries but not one apology or glance at our table from him.
Fifth complaint: To top everything off the burger wasn't even tasty. Im big on flavor and they do not season their patties. The meat is VERY bland. When going up to the counter to speak to the unprofessional, Brian I noticed them just placing frozen patties on the grill which would explain the bland flavor of their patties...
This was the most disrespected service my family and I ever experienced. I will never come back ever again. I will wait for when Chris Madrid's is open so you know what you're getting there. Great food and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am very disappointed with the service with this location. I been coming to this location with my family for a long time. I bought a coupon book through my kids school to support the school. I was glad to see this restaurant participating. My second time using the coupon in this location didn't have a issue last. You buy a meal and you get the second one free of equal or lesser value in which you always end up ordering more that's ok. Well I ordered the burger expected to get the second burger free only, I also order fries, drink and a brownie in which I gladly paid, waiting for a burger I received one only so I ask where is the other one they said I get the brownie instead, I said that's not what I order they reply I order wrong, they call the person in charge in which is the chef slash manager or something. He said what is the problem I reply there is no problem I just want what I order he said I order wrong I reply no that's not what I order or want I don't mind paying for the brownie separate I rather have the burger that's the reason I came I like your food here and will be happy to paid for what I order he said no I was surprised so I ask for my money back he said no then I said then what the coupon suggested he said ok and ask me to paid more money in which was way more. I couldn't believe the audacity! I said never mind is not about the money at this point but the principal here I am confused on how you treat your customers with such disregard instead of building or keeping a quality on going relationship they brake it and only focus on the gain of how much more to get out! Neglecting the main purpose thatt keeps your restaurant open and even if I was on the wrong that's not how you communicate with your customers that' paids your bills. Firts that saids alot about your integrity why should any one invest there hard earned money on establishment that think customer are dime a dozen! I don't see no value plus the deception to complete the commitment of the coupon offering what is not stated also insisting that I was wrong that sir decrease profit specially when is the business vital source to stay open. Neglecting what is important that is your customers! I suggest invest in better communication, customer relationship training in order to keep the clientele you already have and gain and not loose going back to basics. That will improve your paying customers experience and keep them coming back! But arguing blaming sitting on a high horse don't get you no where! As for me and my family there is alot of restaurants in this great city that we can choose to go and spend our time and money be treated right with out sarcasm or bad attitude. Wish...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAte lunch here today and ordered a mushroom burger, chicken fried sandwich, onion rings and french fries and apple cobbler. Hands down, one of the best burgers I have eaten in years. If I could say "melt in your mouth burger", this was it. Delicious and well-made. The chicken sandwich, chicken not overly breaded and delicious. Also they "melt in your mouth" sandwich. The onion rings, thin lightly breaded and delicious. The fries, hand cut perfectly cooked, as the entire meal was. The apple cobbler delivered warm with ice cream on top, absolutely delicious. As an executive chef for 43 years I seldom go out and eat at many establishments as I usually choose my own food, but I have truly found a restaurant that I will frequent weekly from now on. A pleasure to have somebody else cook for me a delicious, quality food that I could enjoy. A truly quality dining experience. Nina, the GM, and her staff of three were absolutely fantastic in customer service and presentation of their product(s) and Restaurant. A pleasure to be a customer here, made me feel welcome and invited back. I will definately be back and highly recommend...
UPDATE 11-11-2020 I was very disappointed on my visit here today. The cleanliness of the restaurant was below par, no manager was seen in the 45 minutes I was there. It took 28 minutes to get my food, And then the fries were cold and bun was greasy on the exterior as well as inside. Wrong Cheese from what I ordered and no tomato...I asked to see the manager several times, and They never came out from wherever they were. I left disappointed...
