Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Ballwin

Pizza does not get better than this. As a guy that always orders food and never cooks for himself, I can say that I've tried every pizza place in Ballwin/Chesterfield and nothing, NOTHING comes close to Jet's pizza. Their signature Deep Dish pizza is like no other. The sauce, the cheese, the FRESH TOPPINGS, nothing is left out, and they're not skimpy with their toppings!

Not only that, but the customization they offer for everything from breadsticks, calzones, pizzas, and even salads (yes, salads) is not your every day customization. You can choose from lite, regular, and double toppings (triple too!). You can do this for your sauces and cheeses as well. Oh, and you can also get your pizza well done (extra crispy), or litely baked (soft and doughy). You can't do that at most pizza places.

The final point I'd like to make about my local Jet's restaurant is their staff. They are kind, friendly, patient, and personable! They ENJOY what they do! I mean who enjoys working at a pizza place?! Uhm, every employee I have ever seen at Jet's. I always write them funny messages on "special instructions" box during my checkout, and they ALWAYS respond with something funny or cute on the inside of my box.

Not only do I get delicious food, I also get to smile. What more can you ask for?

Went in to get a pizza and received absolutely horrible customer service from Lucas. It was so bad, I felt the need to contact the store and speak to the manager. After discussing it with the manager, about 15 minutes later, I received a phone call stating “we don’t accept donations and nobody believes you.” I’m unsure what this was about, as I never asked for anything, all I did was make the manager aware of the horrible service I received. I called back to ensure that I wouldn’t be contacted by their employees again & asked to speak to the manager. They were incredibly rude on the phone, continuing to talk to me about donations (which, again, I never mentioned anything about) I heard the manager saying “hang up the phone, I don’t want to talk to her” and then the employee told me to never call their location again, even though I only called because I was receiving harassing calls, seemingly unrelated to me, from the employee in...

As African American male and female eating dinner in an all white affluent suburb this was my experience this evening. The on duty manager on the evening of 10/11/22 advised she did not know why the new menu (see attached picture) stated under the “Hot Slice” section “Add any topping for an additional cost. Available all day.” She blatantly refused to make my wife and I a two topping pizza special when that side of menu states that specific verbiage under every specialty section on that side of the menu. To add further insult she stated that if her boss was present he would say the same thing and not make your pizza. Mind you this is a digital menu board.
