Chef Amber did an outstanding job with our wedding cake this September!! We didn't have any idea what we wanted for flavors or design, but she was so friendly and helpful while drafting designs and the tasting box we bought from her team was excellent and assured us that our cake would be delicious! Amber worked with our florist and planner to make sure the floral decorations were all coordinated and it ended up looking stunning. I was so happy and our guests were so impressed. Would highly recommend!

And 4 Dessert’s Desserts are amazing!!! Chef Amber Croom is an well known Executive Pastry chef in the Baltimore Area and the desserts she makes are crazily delicious. I asked her if she can make a German Chocolate Cake for my mom’s 50th Birthday and it was perfect. My mom loved her cake, and Chef Croom she accommodated for my mom’s food allergy and punctual with our pick up time. All in All I recommend her cakes and desserts for any occasion.

The vanilla cupcakes were exquisite! They were sweet but not too sweet. Buttery but not overdone. The frosting was soft and delicious. The strawberry flavor must have been amazing because it disappeared before I could try it. The birthday Oreo flavor was simple perfection! Chef Amber delivered exactly what I wanted but I’m not creative so I couldn’t verbalize the color/decorations/etc that I was looking for. Thank you for making my daughter’s first birthday...
